I don’t think idols understand that we don’t want to see you perform if you are half-dead. Your safety means more to us than any song or stage or concert. Don’t push yourself over the limit because it will make us happier. We are only happy if you are healthy.

I know what you mean when you say being rude is not our intention because I think I’m constantly getting judged for being quiet and not talking to others and it comes out as rude when it really isn’t. It’s even harder not being able to socialise with people not because we don’t want to(which is what everyone thinks) but because we can’t or don’t know how to I relate to what wonwoo is saying so much and I’m so grateful for my friends and there are also times where I think why do people wanna become friends with me?

Everything about Wonwoo is so attractive and different and that’s why he stands out. You’re not just another quiet guy in the group wonwoo. The first time I found out about seventeen was when I watched don’t wanna cry, but I didn’t search further cause 13 members did throw me off. After that there was always this image of this ideal guy in the back of my mind and I was always like “where the heck did this come from.” But a year later when Director’s cut came out, I decided to check out seventeen Fr this time. And when I rewatched don’t wanna cry, I realized that YOU were the one person who stood out to me a year ago when I didn’t know who you guys were. Literally, finally getting into seventeen was so effortless because I hadn’t realized YOU were the one who caught my attention this whole time. And Wonwoo has been my ultimate bias ever since. I see how shy and awkward you get sometimes and even though you feel like there’s nothing special about you, it seems just the opposite. Everything about YOU is special and captivating. Your presence is not weak even if you are a quieter person.

Right bc of him I’ve found my interest in books again (which made my parents proud lol) and I always look for the time to find new information. I took his advice and it’s benefiting me in my life. I’ve learned new vocabulary in books and bc of the random research I do, I was able to learn so many thing I wouldn’t have thought I would know 5 years ago. I really love this "Hit The Road" of Seventeen, How they're trying to express their selves more by not hiding their emotions even though growing up is never meant to be easy and to never let go of the things that's what making you strong by faith. They now show what's happening everytime they have an event(especially concerts) I as an international Carat, I never really had high hopes or expectations to meet the K-Pop Idols that I adore, but If I'm happy to carry on by knowing them then I know that they'll be happy too. 🤗😊

hi I disagree with the fact that introverts will inevitably experience depression and anxiety. It’s wrong to assume that every introvert will face these mental health issues. Being introverted is a matter of losing energy in social situations and feeling energized when being alone. This does not have any correlation with anxiety and depression. The world however does favor extroverts to an extent and describe introverts as unsociable and outcasts. But I still feel that its what we make of it, I’m an introvert but I choose how I want to feel and I have free will (to some extent) on how sad or anxious I am. So yeah, I just don’t want any introverts to feel less than and think that they would inevitably get depression or anxiety
Yes I agree with the other reply ^^. All people go through hardships and being an introvert has nothing to do with depression or anxiety and it’s wrong to think so. Extroverts can experience depression and anxiety just as introverts do. Introversion just means that we need some time alone to recharge energy. You can be a very outgoing introvert, like Hoshi. Your outward appearance has nothing to do with your mental health. You can look super happy and energetic on the outside but be depressive.
Hi, I believe that you have made the common mistake of confusing introversion with social anxiety and/or being socially awkward. An introvert is someone who feels drained after spending a lot of time in a group of people, and recharges by spending some time on their own. This doesn't have to mean that they dislike socializing, or have any issue with it, or that socializing causes any sort of fear or anxiety. Social anxiety is feeling extremely anxious in social situations to the point that it is avoided and it can potentially cause a panic attack. Being socially awkward is a general lack of social skills and it causes some awkward situations. Anyone can have anxiety or depression, regardless of if they're an extrovert or introvert. Introversion in itself does not necessarily cause anxiety or depression. I hope this cleared things up a bit. Also, I wish you the best in recovering from depression and anxiety, and your message to Svt and Wonwoo is very sweet.

after watched this, I just realized that idols aren't "just like a perfect one" and I realized they had so many hard times in their life, and always struggle in many conditions just because they want to show the best of them, they always say "let's walk together on the flower path with happiness" even though that actually not that easy as we thought..

I feel like most of us relate to Wonwoo, especially when he said that he felt like he didn’t fit well anywhere. We tend to isolate ourselves whenever we think we aren’t like others and that tends to lead to negative thoughts but I’m glad Wonwoo has seventeen to help him “fit” in.

Im glad they are coming out with this because it really shows you what idols and seventeen themselves go through off cameras this is what we don’t see and I want fans (some fans) to actually take in that idols do this to themselves because they truly love us and their members and also their job so it’s all for us and don’t take advantage of it appreciate it because we probably won’t have another seventeen, bts, Shinee, twice, and all other groups.
After watching this, I think I can relate to Wonwoo the most. Especially his little monologue about having a "weak presence." I'm pretty similar in a sense. I'm pretty introverted and I don't stand out or try to make people aware of my presence. The whole, "Wonwoo too!" part made me melt a bit inside. It's nice that he has people who bring him out of his shell because it's hard to do it on your own. I enjoy watching him be weird with the others and also listening to him talk very eloquently about himself (He's very good with words and you can tell he's very introspective.) But from watching this, I'm thankful that he showed this small part of himself that we normally don't get to see and talked about himself in his own words. This is what I was really excited for when I saw the premise for Hit the Road. You really start to view SVT as regular people with an extraordinary jobs/talents and not just someone out of a fantasy (which IMO is generally how celebrities are marketed. It's not necessarily a bad thing, just an observation.) It makes you appreciate what they do that much more.

처음 전원우를 알게 된게 2015년이니까 벌써 한참 지났다. 세븐틴이라는 그룹에 만세로 입덕해서 멤버 한명한명 알아보다가 원우를 알게 됐어. 원우가 말한대로 조용한 편이기도 하고 멤버들이 워낙 많다보니 분량 못챙기는게 눈에 보이기도 했지만 열심히 본인 자리 지키며 노력하고 발전하는 모습 보다보니 어느새 전원우란 사람이 내 눈엔 가장 눈에 띄는 사람이 됐어. 세븐틴이라는 그룹에 속해서 더 빛나게 된 것도 있겠지만 전원우는 어디에 있든 무얼하든 빛나는 사람이야. 내가 오랜 시간 지켜본 원우는 그래. 속상한 일 있었어도 반성하고 노력하는 모습 보이고, 차분히 더 나은 사람이 되는 너가 좋아. 빠른 속도가 중요한게 아니니까 그냥 지금 페이스 유지하면서 전원우란 사람의 여정을 계속 보여줬으면 좋겠다. 지금까지도 그래왔듯 계속 널 응원하고 좋아해.
When Wonu said “why do they like me?” I FELT THAT because I too once questioned if there were people that actually liked me because I felt like no one really knew the real me because I had this sense of need to change who I am depending on who I’m with in order to be likable. I used to cater into someone’s personality and be the person they want to hang out. I’m definitely glad that Wonu found SVT and SVT found Wonu. Living the introvert life is not that difficult but sometimes it becomes more challenging coz we rarely socialize with people and when other people tells us that we're too rude not to talk that much. Being rude is not our intention, it's just that we prefer to be alone than in large groups. So it's like, quality over quantity... But of course, we do have friends too and we treasure them as much how Wonwoo treasure his fans & Seventeen, who loves him and his flaws unconditionally. and thanks to the people who makes us stand out everytime we lose confidence and for those people who accepts us who couldnt fit in anywhere else in this society.
I know what you mean when you say being rude is not our intention because I think I’m constantly getting judged for being quiet and not talking to others and it comes out as rude when it really isn’t. Everything about Wonwoo is so attractive and different and that’s why he stands out. You’re not just another quiet guy in the group wonwoo. The first time I found out about seventeen was when I watched don’t wanna cry, but I didn’t search further cause 13 members did throw me off. After that there was always this image of this ideal guy in the back of my mind and I was always like “where the heck did this come from.” But a year later when Director’s cut came out, I decided to check out seventeen Fr this time. And when I rewatched don’t wanna cry, I realized that YOU were the one person who stood out to me a year ago when I didn’t know who you guys were. Literally, finally getting into seventeen was so effortless because I hadn’t realized YOU were the one who caught my attention this whole time. And Wonwoo has been my ultimate bias ever since. I see how shy and awkward you get sometimes and even though you feel like there’s nothing special about you, it seems just the opposite. Everything about YOU is special and captivating. Your presence is not weak even if you are a quieter person.

I really love this "Hit The Road" of Seventeen, How they're trying to express their selves more by not hiding their emotions even though growing up is never meant to be easy and to never let go of the things that's what making you strong by faith. hi I disagree with the fact that introverts will inevitably experience depression and anxiety. It’s wrong to assume that every introvert will face these mental health issues. Being introverted is a matter of losing energy in social situations and feeling energized when being alone. This does not have any correlation with anxiety and depression. The world however does favor extroverts to an extent and describe introverts as unsociable and outcasts. But I still feel that its what we make of it, I’m an introvert but I choose how I want to feel and I have free will (to some extent) on how sad or anxious I am. So yeah, I just don’t want any introverts to feel less than and think that they would inevitably get depression or anxiety
Yes I agree with the other reply ^^. All people go through hardships and being an introvert has nothing to do with depression or anxiety and it’s wrong to think so. Extroverts can experience depression and anxiety just as introverts do. Introversion just means that we need some time alone to recharge energy. You can be a very outgoing introvert, like Hoshi. Your outward appearance has nothing to do with your mental health. You can look super happy and energetic on the outside but be depressive.
Hi, I believe that you have made the common mistake of confusing introversion with social anxiety and/or being socially awkward. An introvert is someone who feels drained after spending a lot of time in a group of people, and recharges by spending some time on their own. This doesn't have to mean that they dislike socializing, or have any issue with it, or that socializing causes any sort of fear or anxiety. Social anxiety is feeling extremely anxious in social situations to the point that it is avoided and it can potentially cause a panic attack. Being socially awkward is a general lack of social skills and it causes some awkward situations. Anyone can have anxiety or depression, regardless of if they're an extrovert or introvert. Introversion in itself does not necessarily cause anxiety or depression.

After watching this, I think I can relate to Wonwoo the most. Especially his little monologue about having a "weak presence." I'm pretty similar in a sense. I'm pretty introverted and I don't stand out or try to make people aware of my presence. The whole, "Wonwoo too!" part made me melt a bit inside. It's nice that he has people who bring him out of his shell because it's hard to do it on your own.
I enjoy watching him be weird with the others and also listening to him talk very eloquently about himself (He's very good with words and you can tell he's very introspective.) But from watching this, I'm thankful that he showed this small part of himself that we normally don't get to see and talked about himself in his own words. This is what I was really excited for when I saw the premise for Hit the Road. You really start to view SVT as regular people with an extraordinary jobs/talents and not just someone out of a fantasy (which IMO is generally how celebrities are marketed. It's not necessarily a bad thing, just an observation.) It makes you appreciate what they do that much more.

omg, my favourite line was when one of the producers(I think?) said: "Filming is not the priority." I am so glad that they took priority over Wonwoo, or any of the other member who may have encountered this, in such situations. It breaks my heart watching any artists collapse on stage, I admire their strength to push on so much.

dang we always see wonwoo and the rest of svt's happy sides and this doc series really letting us know what they are like behind the happy mask they wear for us. hope they understand one day that we are their fans because of who they are and what they show us. and that we shouldn't come first. health is always first. we always want them to be healthy and happy.

Reading this comment section is making me so happy. I realised that a lot of us are introverts (me, included) and have so brilliantly articulated what they want to say. I wanted to watch the whole video first and then type out my feelings but I just had to stop midway. So many people love wonwoo for who is his. This actually made me cry. You know we always see how bubbly, how funny and how cute they are in going seventeen and 1min and 7sec and so on. But I think HIT THE ROAD is gonna be one heck of a ride. 처음 전원우를 알게 된게 2015년이니까 벌써 한참 지났다. 세븐틴이라는 그룹에 만세로 입덕해서 멤버 한명한명 알아보다가 원우를 알게 됐어. 원우가 말한대로 조용한 편이기도 하고 멤버들이 워낙 많다보니 분량 못챙기는게 눈에 보이기도 했지만 열심히 본인 자리 지키며 노력하고 발전하는 모습 보다보니 어느새 전원우란 사람이 내 눈엔 가장 눈에 띄는 사람이 됐어. 세븐틴이라는 그룹에 속해서 더 빛나게 된 것도 있겠지만 전원우는 어디에 있든 무얼하든 빛나는 사람이야. 내가 오랜 시간 지켜본 원우는 그래. 속상한 일 있었어도 반성하고 노력하는 모습 보이고, 차분히 더 나은 사람이 되는 너가 좋아. 빠른 속도가 중요한게 아니니까 그냥 지금 페이스 유지하면서 전원우란 사람의 여정을 계속 보여줬으면 좋겠다. 지금까지도 그래왔듯 계속 널 응원하고 좋아해.
When Wonu said “why do they like me?” I FELT THAT because I too once questioned if there were people that actually liked me because I felt like no one really knew the real me because I had this sense of need to change who I am depending on who I’m with in order to be likable. I used to cater into someone’s personality and be the person they want to hang out. I’m definitely glad that Wonu found SVT and SVT found Wonu. And I’m also glad for myself to start being be me without worrying too much how others perceive me :)
