Well there is no straight forward answer for this... One has to consider multiple aspects before deciding the right strategy such as years into practice, target audience, practice location and so on... Coming to SMS blasting part... These days sending bulk SMS has become complicated... You need DLT registration, Sender ID & Content Template ID approval... possibly you might not be aware of all these things... So I don't think its a good idea unless you have everything ready..
