Forcing IO to a test value with ACH580

The ACH580 has the ability to force (i.e. lock or override) its I/O to fixed values. An AI/AO can be forced to a specific mA or VDC. A DI can be force high or low. A RO can be forced open/closed. This ability is helpful for commissioning and troubleshooting.
