RAM R/T Style Grille upgrade swap | 2017 RAM Sport black mesh grille install

I've been slowly removing all the chrome from my 2017 RAM Sport Quad cab. One of the last things on the list has been the chrome grille inserts. I've been searching for something aftermarket to replace the chrome with, but couldn't find anything I really liked. I've always loved the way the R/T trucks looked from the factory and wanted to replicate that appearance. After doing an upgrade on my son's 2018 RAM grille, I was able to use the parts to swap out the chrome on mine for the black mesh honeycomb inserts that were on his. It worked perfectly and I added the R/T badge to finish it off. Project turned out great and very happy with it. Thanks for watching and consider subscribing.

You could, you might have to adjust it slightly to fit the holes in the chrome grille the way you want it, but I think it would work. Thanks for watching.
