You absolutely can. Aside from the general drone flying rules within the EU with the proper license, each country has their own map. Denmark’s is seen here: www.droneluftrum.dk/app/map With Aarhus in particular, permission must be received from Aarhus Vandflyveplads near the harbor area who essentially tell you if there are incoming flights for the day. Otherwise, no flying over large crowds and Insurance are also required (I use Coverdrone).
