How to fix pulsar 220 excess gear liver free play.

In this shows how to fix unwanted play of your motorcycle gear lever. Due to this unwanted play gear shifting made not complete and it may leads to gearbox damage. I pick Pulsar 220f for this demonstration, you can apply this method for most motorcycle have single side gear lever with little changes.

Or the disc is not proper aligned
Or may your caliper or brake lever may stuck

Sand or metal particle between disc and pad... remove pad.. use sand paper to clean
