I had to installl your machine and you didn't follow the nec color code in your power cord, the sales person told my customer the wrong specs and your spec chart doesn't match your power cord conductor colors. I just lost $1000 because someone in your manufacturing system got lazy and installed #6 with the colors black, red, white, green, vs black, red, blue, green .
