    Great I’m a previous cheerleader turned track star back to cheerleader practicing at a gymnastics center having trouble creating power off the floor trying these next week !!

    I have a problem of putting my hands down so that I never fully finish rotating and I don’t land it. I do gainer and I have been using drills to fix it but I still can’t land. I feel like I have tried everything. Do you have any tips?

    Hey I have a question do you know how I can make my hands stronger or I might just have bad technique but when I do a lot of running tumbling my hand (not my wrist ) hurts really bad

      It depends a lot on what specific part of your hand that may be injured (bone, ligament, muscle, etc). If it's consistently giving you pain, it would be a good idea to get it checked out in person if you haven't already.

    She’s also throwing her head back, losing height and form because of it.

      Just noticed the arms not up by her ears at takeoff, also hurting her height.

      Thanks for the feedback. This particular video had less footage captured by our videographer on specific angles so we did the best with the footage we had. Will work to make sure we create videos that appeal to you.
