    This is Awesome, As an Driver then and now an Structural And Electrical Engineer with QR. This brings back lots of Fantastic Memories especially around that time around Maryborough.

    Shame it's gone. As a kid living in Cheapside St in the 60's I'd listen to the 1400's & 1450 Class belting north on the old line. What a sound!!!

      The old line from baddow is it now Queensland rail infustructre depo

    I’m so confused by Baddow station. There’s no remanence of it that I can find

      The station is gone, but the junction is still in place, it can be seen at the western end of Kent Street where the station car park used to be. QR still uses the junction and a short section past Walker Street for track maintenance equipment.

    Wow! Was that an illusion or did that Queenslander have carriages fitted with spoked wheel sets?

      There were still a few spoked wheelsets used on the 1950s-era M series cars around in those days.
