Totally agree with you on the bdk, I blind bought a bottle. Thought I loved it at first sniff. Dry down was horrible!!! Sold it immediately. I couldn't stand that musk/ambroxan dry down at all. If the opening/mid when the orange blossom blooms would stay throughout the wear, I would have liked it. Unfortunately the dry down was just horrible on my skin!

I blind brought #8 and 312, I’m disappointed in both on me. It’s okay but if I smelled first wouldn’t have purchased. Big let down! I don’t get milky at all from 312. I really don’t like 312 at all either.

Hi! Congrats! I am in the US, but I’d still love to hear your recommendations on fragrances that one can wear in close spaces that is not offensive. For example, I take the New York City subway to work when I go into the office three times a week. During rush-hour, it gets very crowded and I would love a perfume that is office friendly but also that really smells good at arms length and not necessarily too strong andprojecting, so that if someone is sitting right next to me, they can smell it but not get overwhelmed during a long train ride. In Gritti's Mango Aoud, I also get mainly the oud and the amber. However, for me, that's what made me like the fragrance a little bit more. If it had only been mango and guava, it wouldn't have really caught my attention. I feel like the oud made it a little more interesting. Still, at that pricepoint, I wouldn't pay for a full bottle 😅

Hmmm both are grapefruit heavy. Perseus is lighter and juicier feel. Vibrato has more depth imo…
