This journey every day ,with you, has taught me so much, and has changed my yoga practice. I have noticed such a change now holding other yoga postures and in vinyasas, doing things like triangle pose and forward folds. And you’ve really brought so much to my month, your wisdom, knowledge, patience, kindness, everything about the way you teach is wonderful and enriching. I am so grateful for the work you’ve put into this, and don’t want it to end!🥹…although I will probably do them all again in feb. I have also purchased the book you’ve been reading from. ❤ lots of love and respect and gratitude for you Devi ❤

When you asked, how are you feeling physically mentally and emotionally in this pose? I was feeling sad. We were in Square pose and I was thinking after a year will I ever be able to do this pose. Both hips are so tight but my knee is no longer pointing at my nose. It’s now out of 45° angle but both hips feel tense. It was interesting to simply take note of the sadness and let it go. I am really enjoying the sutras. Thank you so much for sharing them at the end and for all of your hard work to put this month together. It has been truly lovely 🙏💜.

Motivated me allot :) and I swear on satya i personally loved this class more than any other you have made so far. The pigeon to Square posture transition at end was beautiful and I hadnt tried it yet I think which was nice to do something new too !
