Things to introduce in daily life art Cook in iron utensils(lohe de baatan ) Or good quality steel is ok (like surgical grade steel utensils) Cook in clay pots ::::Avoid non sticks (whatever nin stick it could be like teflon ceramic , they all are toxic) Avoid GMO food /hybrid fruits nad vegetables :::use einkorn wheat :: avoid soy , soy products, canola oil, soyabean oil.corn oil :: use animal fat oil for cooking( desi ghee is best) ::use mustard oil for cooking.
Use jaggery instead of sugar. Raw cane sugar is good than regular cane sugar. Avoid beet sugar . Always question them what type of products are they putting in food. Thats our right as consumer
