Jack the Clown has been the icon for numerous HHN events, including my most recognizable event, HHN X (2000). Evil Ryu is a demonic version of Ryu from Street Fighter who has a passion for violence and destruction, but he has never been the icon for HHN before.

Shades are usually a solid piece that you raise or lower. Blinds are individual slats that can be open, closed, lowered and raised.

Blinds get pulled down from the cord and can be opened by turning that rod, shades are curtains.
I'm from Southeast Texas so I had to put a little thought into that one myself too lmao.
Idk but in my mind shades go side to side and blinds go up and down
Shades are something you pull down (one piece made of material like canvas). Blinds are slats, made of wood or aluminum (more commonly) that line up in rows and are opened and closed by slim ropes strung through each end of each slat.
