yep, I love Flippy! He's my favourite character and I really love his personality. But when it comes to Flipqy, it's the complete opposite. I really hate Flipqy :((
Some important things to point out: 1) Flaky is scared of Fliqpy, NOT Flippy; she knows about his murderous other personality (who btw is confirmed to believe that he's slaughtering enemy soldiers in a war, *not* innocent civilians like Flaky). 2) Flaky DOESN'T know *how* Fliqpy is triggered; if you pay attention throughout the episode, when Flippy flips out in Flaky's imagined scenarios, there's nothing that actually triggers it the way it normally would, meaning she thinks Flippy flips into Fliqpy randomly rather than only being triggered by certain stimuli. Given her already terrified nature, it's only logical that she'd be terrified of Flippy randomly flipping out and attacking anyone unlucky enough to be near him - and she'd naturally not want that to be *herself.* Worth noting is that she only tries to kill Flippy *when he approaches her in a vulnerable position holding an obvious weapon in his hand* 2:52 so she naturally assumes he's flipped to Fliqpy and that she's about to die a gruesome death at Fliqpy's hands. She doesn't have anything against the friendly personality, Flippy himself, since she's clearly just fine around him in most other episodes when Fliqpy isn't awakened. (in fact, there are times in later episodes such as "Random Acts of Silence" and "Party Animal" where Fliqpy *doesn't* go after Flaky at all even though he was in perfect position to do so in both cases, suggesting that *both* personalities hold Flaky in signficant regard by this point in the show)

I love how in the comments here, people are mad at FLAKY. She's seen so many other people die, and its not as though she wasn't already having bad visions about him killing her. She's deathly afraid of Flippy in his evil "Flipqy" mode. You cant expect her to think rationally when he has anything even similar to a blade. No one can be blamed about any of this, its Flippy's PSTD that pushes him into his murderous state. So, please try not to blame Flaky for her own fears. Yes, they may be irrational, considering the friendship between these two, but they are still very valid.
obviously there's more with Flippy and Flacky, but we don't know if the directors will let us record, but if he does we will record more. (There are currently 93 episodes or so in total, but we don't know how many Flippy and Flacky have.)
It is unspeakable how much I adore this ship, just because of it's flaws. Flippy is the only character in the show who kills intetionaly, compared to Lumpy who kills out of pure stupidity, and Mole who is... Basically blind and unaware of the accidents he causes. And Flaky is obviously the shyest one, and different from the other females of the show. This makes her an easy target, however she is the one who has survived Flippy-attacks the most. That's where the fans get attracted into this ship. In double whammy, her scream snapped him out of his killing spree, despite his victims' screams including females as well. In Random acts of silence when Flaky walks into the library, Flippy pretty much told her to be silent or else she would end up bloody like the previous two. He basically gave her a chance to live, and we can assume that after the episode was over, she walked out terrifyed but safe and sound. In Party animal, the character who is supposed to be shy and unable to blend in with friendships doesn't seem to hesitate to organise a surprise birthday party for the most fearsome character out of all? He actually flips out at some point but manages to easily snap out of it on his own, and Flaky notices that. You can't say that he was not fully flipped, we have seen him semi-flipped in Double Whammy, struggling to get himself to stop. In the end of the episode, she is the only last survivor, and still doesn't get killed by him. Instead- she is yet AGAIN the reason he snaps out of it. And in some episode, we see a picture on the wall of Lumpy, Flippy and Flaky. We can assume that since Lumpy has attempted to help Flippy with his issues, they have become friends. They were even seen hunging out in an episode. Flippy is obviously a close friend of hers. This puts them in the same circle. Lumpy is stupid, Flippy is dangerous and Flaky is shy, which could be why they aren't always seen around the others.

Anyone remember in Happy Trails: Part 2, when Flippy (possibly assisted by Lumpy, Sniffles and Handy) apparently murdered Flaky off-screen for accidentally popping their life raft and sinking it? The show implies that she is murdered in such a dark way that it isn't even shown, it just cuts to Flippy (regular Flippy, not Fliqpy) laughing evilly while he pounds a cross into Flaky's grave with a rock at night as evil-looking Lumpy, Handy, Sniffles and Handy all watch from the background. I know Flaky has been fine around Flippy in some episodes since then but...if Flaky is able to remember her past deaths and is aware that she is in HTF as many fans speculate, maybe the trauma of her implied vicious murder at Flippy's hands in Happy Trails Part 2 finally got to her in this episode.

I think the title, color choice, use of sound, and the use of suspense to keep the viewers on their toes was all a tribute to Alfred Hitchcock. I could totally see an Hitchcock movie in a similar style to this cartoon. A woman who has a fear of strangers and a history of mental health issues finds herself in the company of a decent stranger who she sees as dangerous and the twist is she is the one who kills the stranger in the end. A classic Hitchcock story if I ever saw one, well done HTF.
I Am Very Awesome I used to have a friend of mine who was really scared of me for some reason, and I don't know why. So I imagined what Flaky thought in the episode was what went through his head when he was around me. Of course, those weren't my true intentions, just like Flippy never intended to hurt Flaky. It was all in Flaky's paranoid mind.

I love how in the comments here, people are mad at FLAKY. She's seen so many other people die, and its not as though she wasn't already having bad visions about him killing her. She's deathly afraid of Flippy in his evil "Flipqy" mode. You cant expect her to think rationally when he has anything even similar to a blade. No one can be blamed about any of this, its Flippy's PSTD that pushes him into his murderous state. So, please try not to blame Flaky for her own fears. Yes, they may be irrational, considering the friendship between these two, but they are still very valid.

It is unspeakable how much I adore this ship, just because of it's flaws. Flippy is the only character in the show who kills intetionaly, compared to Lumpy who kills out of pure stupidity, and Mole who is... Basically blind and unaware of the accidents he causes. And Flaky is obviously the shyest one, and different from the other females of the show. This makes her an easy target, however she is the one who has survived Flippy-attacks the most. That's where the fans get attracted into this ship. In double whammy, her scream snapped him out of his killing spree, despite his victims' screams including females as well. In Random acts of silence when Flaky walks into the library, Flippy pretty much told her to be silent or else she would end up bloody like the previous two. He basically gave her a chance to live, and we can assume that after the episode was over, she walked out terrifyed but safe and sound. In Party animal, the character who is supposed to be shy and unable to blend in with friendships doesn't seem to hesitate to organise a surprise birthday party for the most fearsome character out of all? He actually flips out at some point but manages to easily snap out of it on his own, and Flaky notices that. You can't say that he was not fully flipped, we have seen him semi-flipped in Double Whammy, struggling to get himself to stop. In the end of the episode, she is the only last survivor, and still doesn't get killed by him. Instead- she is yet AGAIN the reason he snaps out of it. And in some episode, we see a picture on the wall of Lumpy, Flippy and Flaky. We can assume that since Lumpy has attempted to help Flippy with his issues, they have become friends. They were even seen hunging out in an episode. Flippy is obviously a close friend of hers. This puts them in the same circle. Lumpy is stupid, Flippy is dangerous and Flaky is shy, which could be why they aren't always seen around the others.

Anyone remember in Happy Trails: Part 2, when Flippy (possibly assisted by Lumpy, Sniffles and Handy) apparently murdered Flaky off-screen for accidentally popping their life raft and sinking it? The show implies that she is murdered in such a dark way that it isn't even shown, it just cuts to Flippy (regular Flippy, not Fliqpy) laughing evilly while he pounds a cross into Flaky's grave with a rock at night as evil-looking Lumpy, Handy, Sniffles and Handy all watch from the background. I know Flaky has been fine around Flippy in some episodes since then but...if Flaky is able to remember her past deaths and is aware that she is in HTF as many fans speculate, maybe the trauma of her implied vicious murder at Flippy's hands in Happy Trails Part 2 finally got to her in this episode.

I think the title, color choice, use of sound, and the use of suspense to keep the viewers on their toes was all a tribute to Alfred Hitchcock. I could totally see an Hitchcock movie in a similar style to this cartoon. A woman who has a fear of strangers and a history of mental health issues finds herself in the company of a decent stranger who she sees as dangerous and the twist is she is the one who kills the stranger in the end. A classic Hitchcock story if I ever saw one, well done HTF.
