I am curious as to what pressure washer you do recommend. Like you said, if people want to wash their cars and do like house cleaning, these fit the bill.
Most consumer-level electric pressure washers are adequate for car washing and simple residential cleaning such as sidewalks and house siding. You may run into issues with cleaning things such as gutters, as electrics don't have as much flow as a gas pressure washer. A gas pressure washer will also help you complete work faster due to the general increase in pressure and flow rate.

Worked pretty much as expected🌼 allabout.wiki/SPX3000 Former machine was a 2700 psi gas machine. This has much less force but better control of spray and easier to get on roof with! Been working it steady now for a week, roof and siding. Starting deck today. So far so good
