After doing tai chi leg exercises for two weeks I was able to walk without difficulty the length of two football fields. This might not seem very much to most people but I was suffering from toxic buildup in my legs due to poor kidney function at the time and was unable to walk 20 yards without being in terrible pain tai chi definitely help my mobility
