This song is the one I talk about when i argue that some music takes the listener into an active role. There's so much going on that us, as listeners, can take the wheel on which road to take through the paths provided by Theo's wonderful masterpiece
one of the few songs i can still play on repeat, after all these years. still so contemporary, while also timeless. all these new house songs come and go, this while this remains on my playlist

Yea sorry for the response on an old comment, but yes it's supposed to sound dirty and raw. It's part of the aesthetic that Detroit grit. Way ahead of its time.
hha, yeah, the single tracks were mixed and faded during the final (!!) recording, all hardware synths and sampler directly into a mixer. and then straight into mastering.. also the BD-sample and some other sample not cut at zetro crossing, for clicks and grit...as rough as it gets, great.
Every Theo Parrish song is MAGIC
the endless loop with fading 4 second other loops what an amazing house classic

My favorite piece of electronic music ever. Its a talk to the divine source every single time.
