I like the look of Ruiz. He has great hand speed and a solid chin and he moves his feet well. If he got busier inside and more often then he could lay a claim to this fight. But I don't think he did. He's certainly a fighter I want to see more of. I think he's got the right attitude and is coming back faster and stronger.

Both fighters could have done more to win, and looking at the fight at the time and now after, best result should have been a draw as neither truly did enough to take the win. I have analyzed the fight and concludes with these: Ruiz landed more chaps and punches, Ruiz won eight rounds, Parker's team didn't look happy after the fight, Parker walk back to his team not happy, They all pretended to be happy when it was announced that Parker won because they already know that the 2 judges are on their side. I agree with Barry Robinson's comments as well as Andy Ruiz's comments too. I think Parker and his team know it very well. I have analyzed the fight and concludes with these: Ruiz landed more chaps and punches, Ruiz won eight rounds, Parker's team didn't look happy after the fight, Parker walk back to his team not happy, They all pretended to be happy when it was announced that Parker won because they already know that the 2 judges are on their side. My prediction is this Parker will lose his next fight. What I think now is to return to the ring and prove to Parker that he is still a boxer and not a fighter like me. I wish Parker will agree to come and fight with me in Russia but will see in 2017.

they're both good fighters, I hope to see a rematch it was obvious that Ruiz had better footing Ruiz took advantage of running parker on the ropes while Ruiz was centered, Parker was getting tired he landed alot of body shots Ruiz defence was spectacular though it was hard for parker to connect head shots but when he did it was ouch! for some reason I duno if it's just me but it seemed like Parker was holding back, tryna get the feel of how Ruiz fighting style which wasn't a good idea, twas a very close fight at the end of the day team Parker all the day
