Das war eine wunderbare Überraschung gestern im Konzert! Zufällig hatte ich im Zug nach Frankfurt mehrfach Shake the disease auf TH-cam angeschaut.
Megageil wie er das gesungen hat…war ein super Konzert
This song is one of my favorites. It has inspired me so much that I even created a cover of it. It was quite a challenge to capture the essence of the song. Thanks to Depeche Mode for their incredible music!

Shake the Disease is in my Top 5 DM Songs. I hope this is performed at more shows, I'm planning on seeing DM in Brooklyn in October. It would be the first in my Top 5 to be performed (The other 4 are Policy of Truth, Strangelove, Master & Servant & A Question of Time, none of those 4 have been performed on the tour yet)
I heard Strangelove and Policy of Truth was prepared for the tour but then they decided to play other songs
Maybe the songs will be played later on the tour

i was in frankfurt that night and on the 29th...they didnt play Shake the disease on the 29th...but im so glad i was able to enjoy it on the 1 of july...what i wanna say is...they dont play it everytime...i didnt even know that they change a setlist from one concert to the other...i hope for u when u go in october u get the "full dose" of depeche mode...:)))...all i can say...it was FANTASTIC! have a great time !
Il mio brano preferito è "In Your Room " e me lo sono anche tatuato ma "Shake To Disease"mi piace molto specie nella versione remix dove mia madre si spaventava sentendo il lamento iniziale! 😂

Went in Paris winter MM tour and they ve played Policy of Truth (which is also in my top 10 dm songs :)) and a beautiful version of Strangelove

Seit ich "Shake the Disease" vor Jahren erstmals in dieser Version von Martin+P.Gordeno gehört habe, ist es einer meiner Lieblingssongs von Martin. Dass es so völlig überraschend am Samstag gesungen wurde - Wahnsinn. Und "Home" war ja auch nicht auf der "normalen" Setlist. Soooooo sooooooo toll. Und der Texthänger gleich zu Beginn - wie nett ;) - hab ich im Konzert gar nicht mitbekommen.
Es war ein fantastischer Abend - tolles Publikum um mich rum.
Home und Shake the disease ... bei uns auf dem Block hatte man Tränen in den Augen , der Hänger ist mir im Stadion auch nicht aufgefallen , eben erst. Can´t you see is misery the Trill (anstelle von "andTorture") you´ve for me habe ich verstanden als er lachend zu Gordeno schaute . War das Absicht oder wirklich ein Hänger ? ab 1:22
