So after this episode, we know a couple things:
- The murderer _cannot_ be Miles (he was on the computer while the murder was outside the window)
- The murderer cannot be Adam
Meaning the murderer can only be Ryan, Lindsay, or Barbara.
After Ryan's struggle in the hole, I believe that he was busy while the Adam scene was taking place, so in my mind the murder is either Lindsay or Barbara. And although after watching episode 1, I did choose Lindsay as the murderer, I am still wondering how Barbara seems to stay so happy and unafraid/concerned throughout the show.
Also Ryan's almost-death scene freakin' hilarious!
Maybe she's happy and jovial about it because she's the murderer. Think about it, while everyone else is panicking she's having the time of her life. Also, someone is murdered by a pun, Barbara's trademark. Unfortunately I didn't choose Barbara as the murderer.
While i agree with you i think Ryan is not the killer because in the episode before Ryan was still in the hole while Gus got killed by the masked man. Barbra and Lindsay are my two people i need to still decide from

I predict Barbara is the killer.
Clearly, Miles isn't the killer. He just witnessed Adam's death; therefore, neither of them is the killer for obvious reasons.
Ryan, last episode, was trapped while Gus died. ALSO, Barbara and Miles are the only ones who know where Gus' office is. Thus, Ryan could not have killed Gus.
Back in Episode 1, Chris' sword glowed when he was near four people: Gus, Adam, Barbara, and Miles. Gus and Adam are dead, leaving Barb and Miles. Miles approached the sword a bit, but the sword did not glow, and as mentioned before, Miles witnessed Adam's death.
Episode 4: Adam and Barbara found the Puma. Adam left the Puma and left the Pitchfork. Guess who died from the Pitchfork? Gus died from it, and only Barbara and Miles know where he works. However, Barb knows about the Pitchfork.
"One got what they want." Might be two victims: Ryan or Lindsay. Episode 5, Ryan states he wishes he had snacks. Actually, wait, he got what he wanted now, which is a banana. However, Lindsay wishes Joel had a Cat. Episode 3, we find the Puma, and Barbara knows where it is! While Joe the Cat is an option, he does not appear in the series.
Victim after that: Probably Miles. Dying of a pun by running on a treadmill seems to make sense.
Alternatively, if Lindsay does not die, then Barbara could die of a pun as well. She could get dunked by something like a Grifball.

It's Lindsay she said she saw everyone die, including Gus when he was impaled. However, the only people who saw Gus die were the killer and Gus himself.
I actually believe she said she saw Gus impaled, not getting impaled. The only thing I see odd about her statements is her statement about Chris since her comment was about his actions at the time of his death.

Chris sword glows when near evil he was near Miles, Barbara, and Adam. Miles watched Adam die. The only person left is Barbara.
Barbra. It has to be. Spoilers below, but this is the no spoiler: Barbra was interested in Michael's death. Everytime she walked off set, never seen again only before the killer. EVERY TIME. She said Ryan's Funeral. She said threatening things throughout the serise.

This entire series Ryan has believed that he is the killer, even if he has escaped the hole he will still probably think he is going mad and killed everyone. So maybe out of nowhere, the killer walks up to Ryan and kills him, proving in the moments before his death that he is not the killer

Welp, my original guess of Miles being the killer is 100% confirmed wrong now. Got the death right, though. So everything from here on out seems pretty straightforward. Lindsay will die of the Puma next episode, Miles will die of a pun (I'm thinking the literal red herring), and Barbara is the killer. Ryan will be the survivor.

Ryan has been KILLING it this series, acting-wise.
I narrow it down to either Lindsay or Barbara. Miles is definitely not the killer and Ryan is 6'1 and the killer seems to be shorter than Adam(6'1). Lindsay is stuck in her own little world and was filming The Know and the filming set is a walk across the parking lot. If everything is happening at once then Lindsay can't be the killer. Most likely she will die to the puma. And the one person we have seen on screen the shortest time is Barbara. And Barbara is 5'9, much shorter than Adam. So after narrowing it down and eliminating possible suspects. I can conclude without a doubt that Barbara is the killer. And if I'm wrong I'll delete my account.

They said that the killer is a double when he appears so we can't look at the features of their body. So the person in the killer suit (for the shows sake) is none of the survivors.

Guys, that tone was just a mockery of how they read the news on The Know, it was parody. It's juxtaposition, because what she was saying is horrible, but it's conveyed in such a casual professional tone. Story-wise, Lindsay is just losing it mentally.

So I have come to a conclusion and I think others have, that Barbara is the killer. Now, it was mentioned on the Roosterteeth website, that two of the three remaining modern weapons have been mentioned in some way or form. Now there are two murder weapons left, except that there needs to be 3 more, since three more have to die, two more victims and then the killer.
Next to die: Lindsey: Because she wants a cat, cat is the muddy tool mentioned, could die from puma, also seen, but also Joe the Cat.
One died of a pun: I think it should be Miles, somehow they will incorporate that his name is Miles (Mile, in measurement) I just don't know how he'll die.
Killer: Barbara, seen in every episode, not suspicious too much. And when the killer has struck Barbara has been seen running somewhere else (to put on the mixer costume) she also knows where everyone is basically, knew where Gus was ( in the office, where he died), she knows where Lindsey is. Knows where Ryan is. But not Miles, but because he dies of a pun, I don't think the murderer will have a full connection to the death (like not be there when it happens), just like Burnie's and the Gavin's deaths.

Remi's first comment is correct. Possibly the correct way they die. And, she stalled because she knew Ryan is too powerful. He's killed thousands upon thousands of people in GTA all together, and she possibly wanted him gone. So, she put him in the hole, not knowing he would escape. He wins. Miles dies of a treadmill. I was thinking it was a windmill, but what you said adds up. He runs a mile to his death. Barbra dies of Ryan. Ryan wins. only time will tell.

Well I don't know who the killer is, but I think it's now safe to say Ryan will be the survivor because the killer will assume he's dead and Ryan will end up surprising the killer and finishing him/her off
I think Lindsay may be the killer. At the start she said that she saw everyone get killed, but in the videos, we didn't see her at the point when they were dying. Weird huh?
She doesn't say that she saw them die just that she saw their bodies after they died "i saw the gavins' bodies mangled in the mouse traps" she stumbles upon the gavins' remains, "burnie's corpse was flopped across his desk" implies that she came across him after he died and makes no mention of how he died, "i saw gus impaled by a pitchfork" while one could say that this implies that she witnessed his murder the structure of the sentence suggests that she found his body impaled by a pitch fork. Also there's the fact that it's way too obvious.
Also, she wants a cat, and there's a puma in the building. I think she'll "get what she wanted".

The intro for the Christmas sale ruined the theme of the show a little. Also, it would look dumb when people watch this series in the future when the holidays are long gone. Oh well ;/ nice job on advertising The Know though :) hopefully it will get less hate now

I thought the intro would ruin it, but this was one of the best episodes, so it worked out great. They seem to be getting a little more humorous each episode. Humor = Pun, so Barb's the killer!
Jokes aside, there is a ridiculous amount of evidence suggesting she is the killer. Looking for the bow, being left the pitchfork (and the puma), etc.

GREAT EPISODE!!! That scene with Ryan in the Hole was great!
I was wrong about who was going to die in this episode and who the killer is, but now there is only 3 possibilities: Ryan, Lindsay and Ryan. Can't be Miles anymore because... well you know why.
The poem goes like this:

So it has to be Barbara or Lindsay!! Miles was watching the "dot sex" when Adam was murdered and Ryan was stuck in the hole when Gus was killed

Jenna B It's really not all that dumb if you think about it. I mean the killer is wearing his GTAV outfit and it clearly can't be Ryan. And the only two options for the killer are Barb and Lindsay.

Gabriel Hole-Jones what about the power of math? Then lindsay will comment on how she just 'Axed her a question', miles will have such a strong reaction to the pun that he'll try to run away, but will run onto the treadmill and die of exhaustion (ironicaly dying of a pun because he ran from one).
Then, as lindsay laughs manaically, Ryan will comment on how there doesn't have to be two of them, set free not the puma, but joe the cat, giving lindsay a fatal case of cuteness overdose. Ryan will then run out of the studio screaming "Alpha two wins!!!", before realising she took away the 58 something dollars to the grave.
He runs in, fails to find it, the police turn up and believe he's the killer (since he's a known maniac and is surrounded by bodies). The police then go GAKAKAKAKA, and leave ryans dead body behind.
Then 10 new employee's enter, one of them talking about a party. After they move to a new area, a shadowy figure moves towards the door, locks it, and puts a poem up. I think we all know what the first line reads...
huh, that started as me trying to make a joke about a very unlikely theory, and developed into a full blown narrative...I need a freaking drink.
So basically it's either Lindsay or Barb. Still sticking with Lindsay

I feel like the killer is someone getting revenge for how many times he's been emotionally crushed on his own show. Thumbs up if you agree and/or know who I'm talking about
Josh should write stuff like this more often. I'm absolutely in love with this series. Especially the little subtle details here and there. I'm inclined to believe that Barb is the killer. It's heavily implied that it's ether Lindsey or Barbara - I'd go for Barbara since she has done nothing at all to attempt to save herself. But I've got a hunch that it's all Ryan subconsciously. Sure he got put in a hole, bt maybe tht was him in his "other" state. Same with the murder in this episode, could be his alternate state that's does it
Honestly, I think Ryan kills the killer IMO. The lack of oxygen is getting to his brain, and he was crazy to begin with. That might make him crazy enough to lose it and kill someone. That "someone" may end up being the killer, as there may be only 1 other person left when he finally snaps.
But Gus was killed while Ryan was trapped in the hole. My guess is that Lindsey will be killed by the puma, so the killer has to be Barbra if this will be the case

My theories on these are extremely complicated and probably don't make ANY sense but if anyone cares enough to confuse their brains with the shit I assume, then ask for it xD I'm not going to post a 27 paragraph comment unless anyone cares enough.

Miles MUST die next episode. If he does not die next episode, then he is dying the episode after and that would be too obvious. Here's how:
Ryan will NOT die next episode because he did not necessarily want anything too specific (to my knowledge). Ryan obvioulsy has a chance to die since this is just a stupid theory, but so can literally anyone. If you think about it, miles is not the killer unless some complicated plot twist comes up, which I doubt. Let's assume that miles is not the killer in any way, shape or form. With that out of the way, the only killer that make sense are barb, Lindsay and Ryan as they are the only ones left. Now I from the start assumed two people (one victim and the killer) die in the last episode since the killer was killed and died of a pun are pretty much on the same stanza. Even if that doesn't happen, two more people will die. If miles doesn't die next episode, he is either dying the next episode or surviving since he is not the killer. But if he does not die next episode, it is obvious he will die since if he doesn't survive and him and the killer are left, he is the obvious one left. Therefore, they need to kill him ASAP to make sure people don't realize. That means that if he dies that episode, the person to die of a pun is Barbara. I know a lot say that is too obvious and that she is the killer, but THINK ABOUT IT. If she dies of a literal red herring, then she is not the killer and she is figuratively a red herring since so many clues pointed to her being the killer. Therefore she dies of a real herring that is red and also bring the red herring for being the killer. All the while, Ryan is still alive and Lindsay is alive. But wait. The poem says the killer was killed...and the killer wrote the poem...WHY WOULD HE ANNOUNCE HIS/HER DEATH?? Unless...they knew it was the only way to stop it. Ryan is the mad king. Remember, anything and everything mentioned may be useful. In his talk with burnie about RvB and how Burnie dies in the show, burnie says he is a bad king, which Ryan corrects as "mad". He always says he's on a murder break, AND his talk with miles was about him possibly having a secret life where he murders people. He realizes this and writes the poem to stop himself but he already knows the order of the deaths and makes sure he can't kill anyone else. He dies by the kings crown. The mad king. How could he possibly write the poem in the present and post it in the past? Well..I haven't figured that out. Maybe this is all just a simulation like in RvB...the first episode shows a studio with a 5 on it (obviously their studio)...is it simulation scenario 5??? Probably not. Away from the RvB, i f you noticed in the first episode when burnie reads the poem, all the orders are wrong when he mentions the deaths and people's faces appear...EXCEPT ADAM. also, barb and Ryan appear in the order I said.
SO IN SHORT: Miles dies when he realizes that he must die this episode, mathematically. (This one makes the least sense but I wanted to be different)
Lindsay dies of a literal red herring and is a red herring as to who is the killer.
Ryan kills himself when he realizes he is the killer.
Lindsay survives.
