- On January 28, renowned artist and journalist, Nyi Pu Lay gave our first Parami Talk of 2018.
Writer Saya Nyi Pu Lay is well known for his satire that deals with the livelihoods and conditions of ordinary people. He is a prolific writer, having published more than 10 collections of short stories and two novels. He won an award in Taw Phayar Kalay Literature Awards in the category of Short Stories in 2012. His most popular book, “A Drop of Sweet Honey on a Sharp Blade,” won the Myanmar National Literature Award in 2016. He has been a member of National Press Award Committee since 2011.

“ပ်ားရည္စိတ္ထား”
ဇန္နဝါရီ ၂၈ ရက္၊ တနဂၤေႏြေန႔တြင္ က်င္းပသြားသည့္ ၂၀၁၈၏ ပထမဦးဆံုးေသာ Parami Talk တြင္ ေအာင္ျမင္ေက်ာ္ၾကားေသာ အႏုပညာရွင္ႏွင့္ စာေရးဆရာတစ္ဦးျဖစ္သူ ဆရာညီပုေလးမွ လာေရာက္ေဟာေျပာခဲ့ပါတယ္။
ဆရာညီပုေလးအား သာမန္လူတန္းစားတို႔၏ ေန႔စဥ္ဘဝမ်ားကို အေျခခံၿပီး သေရာ္စာဝတၴဳတိုမ်ား ေရးသားသည္ဟု လူသိမ်ားပါသည္။ သူသည္ ဝတၴဳတိုေပါင္းခ်ဳပ္ ၁၀ အုပ္ေက်ာ္၊ ဝတၴဳရွည္ ၂ အုပ္ႏွင့္ ခရီးသြားဒိုင္ယာရီ ၁ အုပ္ ေရးသားထုတ္ေဝၿပီးျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ၂၀၁၂ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ေတာ္ဘုရားကေလးစာေပဆုေပးပြဲမွ ေပးအပ္ေသာ အေကာင္းဆံုးဝတၴဳတိုေပါင္းခ်ဳပ္ဆုကို လက္ခံရရွိခဲ့ၿပီး သူ၏ “ထက္ျမက္တဲ့ ဓားသြားေပၚက ခ်ိဳျမျမပ်ားရည္စက္” စာအုပ္ျဖင့္လည္း ၂၀၁၆ ခုႏွစ္အမ်ိဳးသားစာေပဝတၴဳရွည္ဆုကို ရရွိခဲ့ပါသည္။ ၂၀၁၁ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ဆရာညီပုေလးသည္ ျမန္မာ့သတင္းေထာက္မ်ား စုစည္းတည္ေထာင္ခဲ့ေသာ အမ်ိဳးသားသတင္းဆု၏ အဖြဲ႕ဝင္တစ္ဦး ျဖစ္လာခဲ့ပါသည္။
