    RICETTA:
    INGREDIENTI
    500 grammi di funghi galletti o finferli
    aglio
    olio
    peperoncino a piacere
    PROCEDIMENTO:
    Far soffriggere l’aglio in abbondante olio evo, lavare e pulire i funghi galletti, tagliarli a metà o a pezzetti e metterli nell’olio caldo a soffriggere.
    Farli soffriggere un pochino e successivamente aggiungere sale e peperoncino.
    Lasciarli cuocere per qualche minuto e il sughetto è pronto.
    Cuocere e poi scolare le fettuccine molto al dente, aggiungerle nella padella con i funghi, mescolare bene il tutto per 1 minuto e il piatto è pronto.

    Fry them a little and then add salt and chili pepper.
    Let them cook for a few minutes and the sauce is ready.
    Cook and then drain the fettuccine very al dente, add them to the pan with the mushrooms, mix everything well for 1 minute and the dish is ready.
