Welcome to the "Coke can motor" club...they are big, and they are powerful. Not sure how those will work in that boat. Lower kv motors and/or less 'powerful' props, might be "in order". My largest is a 2028 (56x113) 800kv, which I've had for a could months, and will be installed in my Kraken VESLA.5 C1E SBK as soon as I have 2-3 days off in a row.

The SSS 56114 700kv motor you recommended is huge, got it a few weeks ago!

I think your props are going to be the only issue with the Hydra/motor. I have an 1100kV 2028(56113) and Hydra setup in a 41" cat spinning a 55mm 2 blade prop and it will get warm but nothing to worry about with bashing. I think those 67mm 3 blades are too much but might work for a SAW pass? I guess we will find out! Lol

That’s so heavy I wonder if you might need huge amps to get real speed.
There is the highest power esc ever made for Rc’s the mgm esc I think it’s like 800 - 1000 amps although those motors may not go to such high amps you might get away with the mgm 400 amp esc’s lots of dollars though.
    Just food for thought.

Awesome to see all the bits. They are indeed some monster motors, looking forward to the remainder of the build and runs. I’d love to build a boat like that or similar but I’m electrically inept and it all looks pretty tricky to harness up.

I put one of those 56 motors in 40-inch old fiberglass boat it will yank it directly out of the water do a barrel roll through the air land back in the water and keep on going
