Am I correct the MobileNet was running on your desktop, not the RPi controller? I like the separation into an image generator node and the image processor node. Robot is cuter than the cat, btw.
Yes. I had some difficulty with the PyTorch conda install on the Charlie the robot (a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+). I did not put much effort into investigating alternative installs. There are 2 reasons. One is that although it is a light neural network (MobileNet), I was slightly sceptical I would get good performance on the Pi. Secondly, I am interested in running more advanced algorithms which may be more computationally demanding, so will end up needing a workstation anyway.
