Irina, is this an older video? I hope you’re having a good day since posting this video, I hope your days get better and better. I get the blues, not depression like you speak of. I am one of those who does not fully understand. I try and understand, and just want depressed and sad people to feel better. Realistically those that swill suffer from depression want that too. But it doesn’t happen so easily, that’s my understanding. I like all of your work, and your chatter - I love hearing you speak. And I appreciate the mental health conversation. You don’t know who might need to hear your words. Bless you and keep on journaling and speaking. Above all else, Trust Jesus friend!❤

Depression isn't being sad. It's more like having a ton of briklcks on your chest. It's feeling hopeless, worthless and empty. It's feeling numb and like a burden. I could go on and on. The point is....and I will only talk about myself since it's different for everyone...when I cry it isn't because I'm sad. It's because I hurt so much inside from what I said above that I can barely take it anymore. Unless you lived through something like that you won't understand and it's OK. I hope you never will🌹
