Me too!
FORMER New York fan here to support the NON-WOKE BRAVES! Let's bring it home to ATL!
Gotta Love the Braves ! ! ! Love the power behind "The Chop" ! ! ! Even way up North in Saskatoon ,Saskatchewan Canada
in the city that rhymes with fun we too do the chop!
Its new, I love the old chop
im a HUGE atlanta braves fan and i live in saskatoon as well too.. and i love the theme and chop! so bad ass
Back in the early 90's when they were just starting that hot streak and made it to the series you could hear people up and down the street chanting this from their homes, and cheering every big play they made.
Who's here in 2020? Beat LA!!
😭 just bc today
We gotta take it tonight! #CHOPON
YEESSS CRUSH THEM WE WILL!!
As a Giants fan who likes the Braves, it will be extra sweet for me if y'all beat the Smurfs. #ChopOn #BeatLA

BRAVES 2021 WS CHAMPS, CONGRATS GUYS - Rays Fan
How am I a Yankee fan and Im doing the chop??? but hey I like this.
It's contagious im a FSU fan an a Braves fan believe me I know
+Courtney Gibson It's fine. We all love the chop.
+Courtney Gibson I remember the 1996 world series. Game 6 and facing elimination in the Bronx, and you could hear the Chop going on through the whole game on the broadcast. Even as the away team they kept it going for 9 fucking innings.
I was only a kid then and didn't realize what it meant for Atlanta fans, but nowadays I have mad respect for them doing that.
I remember that too man the 90s were something else you had a young Chipper causing fights Bobby was getting ejected from every other game an probably the greatest pitching lineup of all time with Maddux Galvin and Smolts win or lose we always put on a show
96 was probably one of the better World series match ups it was finished it featured 5 people who are currently in the HOF including both managers it was the rebirth of the Yankees (being there first world series since the 70s) both teams hated each other but respected each other enough to take them seriously not to mention the fact that the fans traveled like you wouldn't believe it's rare that you see teams as historically important play in championships against each other especially in Baseball to Atlanta every team comes second after the Braves an I know New Yorkers feel the same about the Yankees
Everytime I heard this Tomahawk Chop on tv or at the game, it gives me goose bumps
Let's Go Braves!!
Atlanta Braves fan for life Keep Chopping On Braves Family
Wished they still played this at the Braves games 😔
Been cheering on the braves since 1974 when I was 6! Never gets old!!!
You're watching Atlanta Braves baseball on TBS, live from Turner Field!!!
WHOS HERE AFTER WE WON GAME 6?? WORLD SERIES HERE WE COME BABY
I was at game 6! When Tyler M. stuck out the side in the 7th, it was the most electric moment in Truist Park history so far....The stadium was literally violently SHAKING!!!!! GO BRAVOS!!!!!!
With TBS airing Braves games nationally during the 90's-00's, this is bound to be nostalgic for an entire generation.
Grew up watching the great braves on TBS in the 90s .Go Braves
Been waiting a long time for this baybeeeee. Four more to go.
won't happen
@@jamedlock83 this aged like milk…
I've been an Atlanta Braves fan since the 90s. Andruw Jones was one of my favorites. Just watched game 4 of the NLCS. GO BRAVES!! Chop On
The best chant in all of sports history no doubt, nothing can change my mind. This is coming from a Yankees fan and I get chills every single time. I got to go to a Yanks - Braves game in Atlanta last year and it was tied in the eighth when they started the chant, one of the greatest things I’ll ever experience
if you don't like the Braves no one is forcing you to listen to this. Quit downing those who do like the Braves
Only thing is the Braves didn't create this song. The War Chant was created by The Marching Chiefs of FSU. At least give credit where credit is due.
Not a braves or an fsu fan but it's a catchy song
#ChopOn
The Braves dominated the NL East for a Decade and somehow only brought back 1 Championship
I used to hate this and I am from Philly. I rather listen to this than the stupid fly eagles fly song. I like this a lot.
As a marlins fan this is really tense to hear when its the 9th inning
You should be afraid in the 1st honestly
Marlins fan here, still remember 29-9.
@@josewmeldondo don’t forget it
I've seen videos here on TH-cam, of Chiefs fans doing the chop as they leave Arrowhead Stadium.
@@josewmeldondo don't remind me. Still wonder what will of happened if they called the out at 3rd because it look like he was out, but nope. They called the runner safe
One of the best sounds in baseball
Yankees fan here. This season, when we played you guys at your house, I was legit intimidated. It was really, really cool to watch Truist Park light up and chop the way for your guys. Very, very cool stuff, imo.
Further, THANK YOU, BRAVES, FOR BEATING THE TRASHTERISKSTROS. The magic in your versatility is an inspiration to us all.
Once again, THANK YOU, BRAVES!!! Thank you for beating the Houston Cheaters!!!

Well if you weren't a Braves fans you would be after hearing this! Go Braves!😊👍
Being in a packed truist park when this starts will send a shiver as the whole stadium vibrates
I was born in Braves country and I love the Braves. This is my favorite part in the game when they do this.
Been a Braves fan since early 2000 when the only cable station with baseball I use to recieve in Jamaica was TBS. Go Braves!!!
Wow, this was the good ole days when we actually had a chant..... i cant believe people think this is racist
I'm a Nationals fan, but I have to admit, when they play this in tense situations, it's hype.
As a Phillies fan, I think it's intense to hear when your a fan of the other team playing but it's a great song to get amped on
As a Braves fan, I get excited just going to a game so I can hear this banger! GO BRAVES!! 🪓
Die hard Red Sox fan, but my grandfather grew up in Atlanta so he loves the Braves! The Braves are also my 2nd favorite though :)
Did you know that the Braves played in Boston for over 80 years starting from 1871 all the way until 1952 not only making us Bostons original sports team but the only to play in the 1800s in that city they went by the red stockings the red caps the beaneaters the doves the rustlers the bees an in 1912 finally found the name the Braves Boston didn't get the red soxs until 1901 you probably knew all of this but it's definitely interesting
lol I'm wrong he grew up in Boston but he loved the boston braves. so when the the Braves moved to the Red Sox, my grandfather loved the Sox and the Atlanta braves
ur comment reminded me lol
Yeah my grandpa was from Massachusetts an was a Braves fan up there an claims he's the biggest Braves fan to ever live because he got stationed at Benning GA the same year the Braves moved to GA damn I miss that ole man
wow thats awesome!
Say no to cancel culture
World Series Bound!!!!!!! Go Braves!!! Chop on!!!
And they won it, good job braves!!
Now the champions
YEEEESSSSSS!!!!
Thank you Braves for giving us another World Series title since 95. We were heart broken for many times. 28-3 mess me up but I am so glad to see one of our sports teams win big!

Went to my first MLB game the other day at Turner Field and I've got to say, this chant/song is really intimidating and intense. I could only imagine what it'd be like with a full stadium.
During a sold out playoff game it is amazing one of the best atmospheres ever
if it's a play-off game, okay.
Wait until the final game against the Detroit Tigers, it'll be loud
And it was

Coming here after the Braves win the World Series baby wooooo!
Dear braves You beat the astros thank you Sincerely, The Yankees
Memories of Maddux, Glavine and Smoltz!
D S same here. Y’all had a good team back in that day. I’ve always admired that rotation, the best of my lifetime. Coming from a Texas Rangers fan.

Yeah I have to agree. The way the whole crowd gets into it. Gives me chills every time. Could imagine being an opposing teams fan lol
This is why the Atlanta Braves are the KINGS OF THE NL EAST!!
They have an AL vibe imo
kings of the whole league now
Beat the Yankees then come back
I might be one of the very few leftist to have no problem with the chop. I was a fan of the early 90's teams and loved the whole chop thing. Not every leftist is trying to cancel it. Maybe people even further left than me.
I'm also a fan from the early 90's and a leftist that has no problem with there chop or there name. #BattleATL
I have no problem with it. It's the deluded idiots that have an issue
Not every leftist wants to cancel it, but everyone who wants to cancel it is a leftist. Your commie brethren have been systematically ruining everything fun for many years now.

As a Rays Fan, congratulations to Atlanta, well deserved
As a dodger fan congrats man my dad is a braves fan from mexico and he finally got to see em win again after 25 years

USA Today columnist
whos here after the braves won the world series
150 years since this ballclub was established
franchise legends Hank Aaron and Phil Niekro die following an NLCS defeat
they were denied an all-star game
Mike Soroka was injured by walking: out for the year
Marcel Ozuna ruined his domestic life: off the roster
Ronald Acuna jr mvp favorite: injured before the all-star break
.500 seemed inescapable with the Mets and Phillies keeping them there
but they never panicked
they never waivered
they never lost their way they filled every hole at the deadline
the return of Adam Duvall
the buy of Jorge Soler
and the introduction of instant hero Eddie Rosario, whose name will never go unforgotten in Atlanta
they fought their way back, defeating the Mets, defeating the Phillies, winning the East, returning to their former home in Milwaukee to put their demons to bed, rematching the Dodgers, once again standing in their way, once again going up 3-1 and this time hanging on and finishing the job
to say that this is something that the Braves deserve would be an understatement
awaiting them is a familiar foe in the Houston Astros, MLB's brat, a collection of frauds who got off easy, a team despised everywhere that isn't in the heart of Texas, led by a man who's responsible for ruining the career of one of the game's most promising pitchers in Mark Prior
this is the sixth time they'll clash in the playoffs, this time on an even larger stage even
as a fan of the Chicago Cubs, I could not be more impressed, this is the kind of adventure that moves me to tears, to endure all of this and still find a way to come this far
Welcome back!
Welcome to the World Series!
