Another tip for the lip gloss is putting in a cup of hot water to kind of loosen? or melt? idk what the word would be but basically getting the gloss itself moving so you can coat the applicator
i also way prefer empties videos to hauls! hauls it's like ok.....nothing much to say about this you just bought some stuff...empties you get to talk about the full experience of the product, doesn't have the same over consumption ick, AND empty bottles sound soooo good

I personally disliked Split a lot because it misrepresented a disorder I have myself. It’s made wonderfully, but it’s just upsetting to know that there was so much work going into the movie, but not research. :(
I struggle with the “melatonin immunity” every once in awhile and I just skip it for a few nights then it’s back to normal. i also heard sometimes taking half a pill instead of a full pill helps too 🩷🩷
