This Char Siu Chicken IS better than pork!

4.5 tbsp Honey or Sugar
4.5 tbsp Ketchup
3 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp each White & Black Pepper
1/2 tsp 5-spice powder
Red food coloring optional
