Dr. Rajiv Dhawan sir also said it as C.

Quinsy is better answer ! If outer neck swelling than go for para pharyngeal abscess

Mostly when both are there as options,always look for the word they use. Like If it says tonsil is "reaching" midline it's Quincy and if it says tonsil is "pushed" or "shifted" to the midline then it's Parapharyngeal abscess.
