    First we need to make sure your home network is 2.4G, because our camera does not support 5GWIFI, please note.
    You need to reset the camera before use, because this step is very important, if you do not operate successfully, it is easy to pairing failure, I suggest you can follow my steps.
    Let's review the way to reset.
    First of all, when your camera is on, turn on the switch, you will see the blue indicator light is always on, wait 30 seconds, you will see the blue indicator light flashing, then find the reset button, insert the paperclip into the reset hole, long press for 7-9 seconds to release, see the indicator light out and then light up, it means the reset is successful, the indicator light is always on, wait 30 seconds the indicator light will start flashing again, you can configure the camera.
    This video is to configure the camera with QR code, if your camera is upgraded with AP mode, we suggest you to use AP mode to operate it, this mode will be more simple, we also recorded the video, you can refer to it, • HSKAH WH114 USB charge...

    My camera was working fine until I moved it too another part of the room, now it is telling me it is offline. I don't know what I am supposed to do. Do I have to now re-pair the camera again ?????

      Did you just move rooms? Didn't change the router? If not it is recommended that you turn off the camera and then connect it to the power supply, then turn it back on and let the camera search for the signal automatically, if it still doesn't work it is recommended that you reset the camera and then re-pair it.
