John is one of my most favorite minds in comedy - excited to see him finally start getting his flowers
YESSSSSS MY PRAYERS HAVE BEEN ANSWERED.. john if you’re seeing this i saw your show in seattle and then watched the special and can’t believe how much i cackled at the same jokes the second time around. my fave comedian and i say that to everybody
John early and Kate Berlant are I think two of the most amazing comedians working today. They’re both doing something that feels new and they do it unbelievably well.
yes!
His delivery is just so addictive. It's like the end-product of the most over-the-top theater kid you remember from high school, somehow becoming mildly famous in LA.
Is that a compliment? Lol
John earlys stuff is so funny and so inspiring it kinda frees me up to be specific with sets where I would never have proof of that working before
I just realized why I love John Early so much, I relate so much to that delayed rebellion, I'm an angry adolescent. Thank you.
this podcast has introduced me to so many cool comedians and i love it
saw john early do some of his bits live at the elysian maybe over a year ago or so, and it was some of the most electric material id seen. he was just on fire that night it was amazing
Awesome !!! This guy deserves so much more attention than he gets
I love you, John Early!
I love Johnny!!!!
John early is the best!!!
John and Mike have such a great rapport! I loved this conversation.
Johnny is so funny and I couldn't watch this fast enough
I cannot believe that Mikes show wasn’t nominated. I thought his should have won.
I enjoyed his performance on Search Party
And on I Think You Should Leave
oh boy, time to binge Search Party again!
Also the afterparty
Why does this episode have so many random edits during closeups? I don't recall the edits being as prominent in your other episodes. Super distracting, and just to make the vid a bit shorter?
"The Entertainment Weekly of it all"
is it sentimental or idealism? To me, the difference is finding meaning within something versus needing the other people to feel the way I want.❤
john is so brilliant and funny. i want him to be in everything and to make everything he wants to in life. ok bye.
I love him so much
John is my favorite. 😊
Sooooo link to the video of john as a kid on the news????
I need to see it so much. He must've looked like those preppy villains in Disney Channel shows.
@@pcapusso hahah im thinking syndrome from incredibles
@@izzywel9654 omg yes that's perfect.
So all the dinner party sketches are based on his real self.
