Everyone has their own starting line. I think Irys should take it easy. Also, lifting isn't the be all and end all, you can also do other things. Running, walking, climbing, parkpur gym, martial arts gym, swimming, sports(do it consistently though), anything you like that includes physical activity is good, but doing it consistently is vital
@Snowflakecats while that is an option, I don't think people who don't already have some level of discipline and dedication towards the workout would be able to consistently do home workouts. On the other hand, when you're at the gym, you put yourself in an environment where everyone is working out and putting effort, which would likely make you feel like working out too.
@ i would agree on being around other people who work out helps you want to work out. just u can save money not going to the gym and doing workouts at home but u do lose out on some equipment access tho but not to big a deal if you can look up online for helpful advice depending on what you want from your workout and some stuff you can buy for your apartment or house depending on how much space you have of course but this is just my opinion tho ✨
If you want to live long and stay mobile till old age it's under rated if anything. Exercise or you're going to be a worthless lump of meat by the time you're 55.
@@kookoo9235 #1 thing people can do to live a long, pain free life: Stretch 5-10 minutes in the morning and at night, do at least SOME resistance training (IIRC its like 2 hours worth a week for the most base line benefits, and it can be pretty light weight tbh) and at least once a week a single session of high intensity exercise. Finally, cut back on processed foods and don't over eat. Do those, and you can easily be one of those 80 year olds who still looks in their 60s or even 50s

Side note u don’t need to go to a gym you can do workouts at home

For a minute, I thought when they said PT, it's physical therapy (knowing Calli had knee surgery).
Meanwhile Ina of the Floor: _...wah_
Ina: No PT, no weights... just cookies, floor and WAH!.
150!? My legs are jelly at 50😮
My best was 80 and I felt like my thighs were split open and on fire. Calli is a beast.
Irys gotta do the 5x30
lets goooooooo irys joining the hololift community
The max i can do is 50 without rest but there's side effect (i can't walk the next day)
Don't fall into that trap IRyS, exercising is really overrated 😅
It's too repetitive.
But overeating isn't amirite bro
