However, I helped my dad plug in whatever Zoysia was around in the late '60s. Louisville Ky. In a large section of huge yard where only chickweed grew. It spread within a few years and was the best part of their lawn. Loved walking barefoot on it. It was effortless and BRAINLESS to maintain. Love the stuff.

I have this empire zoysia I live in south Florida,this grass is very hard to maintain for home owners,it takes a very very long time to spread and get established

Exactly, it doesn’t do well in south Florida. It does but it’ll cost you $$
