The SouthBay Pavilion has direct freeway visibility from the 405 freeway, which has a daily traffic count of more than 300,000 cars, making it a popular destination. It is conveniently located between the 405, 110, 710, and 91 freeways, and the regional mall benefits from a diverse trade area that is bolstered by great daytime foot traffic, which results in tremendous small store sales figures. Because to the mall's strong anchor lineup that includes Ikea, Target, JCPenney, and Sears, as well as an aggressive re-tenanting and upgrade of the existing shop mix, the mall has been able to maintain its steady growth and success.
