Lord, Jesus bless me to listen to my 85 mother's advice that moving out of her home and getting a place of my own is not her problem, and bless me with wisdom for having my own without my mother to not have to be tempted to continue to blame me for being her hell. Lord bless me to be able to be able to get along with others well enough to marry and have my own in my life time, without divorce, abuse, regret, neglect, immaturity, deception, or marring the wrong people for country living sack.

Leaven, is a picture of pride. Like Lucifer, the Pharoah was filled with pride despite the miracles and plagues brought by God.
That is why Israel was commanded to eat unleavened bread. Nebochadnesor was chastised but at the end, unlike Pharoah repented and gave his heart to God.
It is by eating the Bread of life, which is Christ that we can become humble like Him, and thus are able to leave our Egypt and Babylon.

God is wise He is able to foretell the future.... GOD IS ALL POWER HE CAN DELIVER HIS CHILDREN... the great prophetic way marks the journey is almost oer...its about Christ and His coming and eternity. GOD WARNS King Nebuchadnezzar in a dream to repent and not to harden His heart because His Kingdom is a temporary Kingdom... Because God will establish a Kingdom that is everlasting and that is the new Jerusalem and it will last forever ..And this Kingdom will reign forever... And Jesus is the King of kings and Lord Of lords.... I love this message

Whereas Nebuchadnezzar is an example of a prideful fall ;the centurion in Matthew 8:8-13 shows us just the opposite. He had position and authority but was concerned for a sick servant and humbled himself to seek out Jesus's help. He further showed his humbleness by saying "Lord I am not worthy that you should enter under my roof" . He shows his believe in God's authority and ability by saying , "speak the word only and my servant shall be healed." So we see two contrasting heathen conversions.

This is a vital teaching for leaders who unfortunately don't think they need teaching. Because pride is deceitful and self-centred, I think this is a necessary teaching for the best president the US ever had, President Donald J. Trump. He would be open to this and it would strengthen his leadership and help him not fall into satan's trap.

Heathen Nebuchadnezzar also compares to disobedient Jonah. Jonah spent some time in the belly of a whale living like an animal . He also spent some time baking in the sun (as Nebuchadnezzar tried to bake the three men.)God sent the king a dream and the prophet a plant to instruct them. Both were painfully reminded that God uses men to bring about his purposes here on Earth . Both struggled with pride . Jonah didn't want to be a laughing stock because he knew God was merciful. Nebuchadnezzar wanted to be most powerful , but he knew that position was already taken. And what can we glean from both accounts on a personal level? Don't fight God's plans for you because he will always win in the end. Romans 12:1-3 I beseech you therefore brethren to present your bodies a living sacrifice holy acceptable which is your reasonable service.....every man which is among you is not to think of himself more highly than he ought...

A lot of what Nebuchadnezzar went through during that seven years of insanity can be explained by Matthew 12:34-37. Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. Every idle word spoken men shall give an account for in the day of judgement. By our words are we justified and by our words are we condemned.Jesus was our example in watching what we say "He was brought as a lamb to the slaughter yet he opened not his mouth .Isaiah 53:7

Pride is a wide meaning, that implicates sin. We are all in sin constantly: those who know right and don’t do it.....That list needs to be taught more broadly and be the main lessons in all churches.

I prefer the word "hubris" when referring to egotistical, unChristlike pride as contrasted to good and healthy pride, as in: "She takes pride in being a Christian". Martha Richert

We can do nothing for ourselves. We repent of our sins to God and ask Him to change our hearts. God shows us our faults and we obey His voice 🙂

Wasn't Father God proud, in Genesis when He finished creating the world? I think God is the only one who can demonstrate true pride in LOVE, by reflecting humility at the same time. satan fell because of FALSE pride. I do not aee pride in itself as something bad, because as children of a King, we should be proud, but I think people get it twisted, because they dont really understand. Saul fell, because of FALSE pride, but Im sure when he first because king he was proud, with humility. 🙂🙏🏿♥
