When pinball games use Black & White non-color DMD and you install a ColorDMD does it always work? because the pinball game was programmed for a non-color DMD so the ColorDMD won't work always?
The ColorDMD roms, and other manufacturers are basically looking for the expected stock images, and replace it with the colorized versions. The machine does not know anything is being done, and its just done so fast you don't see it happen.
Sorry for the delay, just saw this comment. I really didn't have a reason. I don't think it was specifically mentioned in the instructions to do so. So not sure if correct or an oversight lol. I don't believe it will actually fit with the plastic connectors, but I have not had any issues yet from it not being transferred. The only issue I had at all was a wierd color issue that is fixed by either playing a ball or powercycling the game. Thanks, as you know from your channel...the editing takes the longest. Can't wait till the chroma rom comes out so we can both put up some gameplay videos to see it in action.

They also make a ROM for multi-color graphics for Jurrasic Park. You might want to install it.

Itching to try 6.0. I have a couple switches I need to adjust or it will probably be impossible to get Tri-Ball since he takes away the freebie lol.
