The Lux one have ten forms! The sona one have 3 forms and 3 hours of music! The Udyr one have unique effects for his abilities! The Miss Fortune one have 4 forms with unique visual effects! The Ezreal one evolves with level! The Seraphine one have also 3 forms with unique effects! Samira: penta.
Even worse, Penta effects are legendary skin quality (Diana and Pyke both have it). The only unique thing about Samira are the custom fonts when she ults. Edit: Arcade Sona has custom font for her passive so even the font isn’t unique 😂

Crazy that Miss Fortune had a reduced cost but not Samira. I love KDA Seraphine, but it feels as three different legendary skins in the sense that you can only play with one in each game, unlike Miss Fortune and Sona that let you switch.
yeah i kinda wished they made sera evolve during the game kinda like ezreal bc it fits in with the theme of her being from an indie artist to a superstar
If they ever rework Lux's skin, I hope they'll add some effects on screen for you and the enemy hit when you ult such as water drops, lightning, butterflies, frost on the screen etc
I kinda wished they treated K/DA Seraphine's skin like the others with variants where you can switch them mid-game. But, more-so like Elementalist Lux. Perhaps you start out with K/DA Indie Sera, then when you get Level 6, you get your R and then it upgrades your skin to K/DA Rising Star Sera, and then once you get your Level 12 and upgrade your R again, you get K/DA All Out Sera. That way, it feels more rewarding.

Let's look at Diana and compare to Samira. Who has more than 1 form? Diana Who have diferent ult effects depending of something? Both, Samira = lvl and Diana = targets hit. Sona, Ezreal and Miss Fortune need animation and model updates. For Seraphine Riot can add ingame form changes. Samira needs unique animations. Lux and Udir are good enough.

Eventhough Seraphine is usually a support, she was created to be a midlaner, so there you have your midlaner. Also, Seraphine as a midlaner is very good, better than support at least.

I would say Samira has the best visual effects of these skin maybe lux beats her, but she lacks the extra thing that makes an ultimate skin. Sure she has the kill counter and combo and super meters, and the ultimate change on rank up, but this is a really nice skin not an ultimate
There is no legendary skin with the same qualities that Soul Fighter Samira has, which makes her skin an ultimate.
