Very few golfers have played as consistently as Hovland for the period of time he has recently, with unbelievable skill and accuracy. Been an absolute pleasure to watch.
Everything would have been perfect if he had made that albatross first round instead in the practise round. I think Viktor have 5 hole in one after he became professional. Insane

I’ll remember Hovland and the ‘23 Ryder Cup for the absolute demolition he and Åberg dealt Scottie and Brooks. It’s always a good day when you wipe the floor with the Yanks.
@@christianmcallister2829 don’t know about ‘slaughter’ but the Cup will probably go back to the US. Too much lies in the course set up by the home captain and the home crowd. Winning an away Cup is really hard. We need to see some changes or else it will be home team wins every time and that will get old. Maybe a trip to a non EU or US course with with set up done by a neutral body will level the playing field. Royal Melbourne in Australia comes to mind.. they’ve hosted 2 Presidents Cups (and slated for a 3rd, the only course to do so) so it can be set up for Match Play. Aussies love their golf..!!
Viktor had the highest strokes gained total over the entire ryder cup, a whole shot better than second place Rahm.
