She isn't, and you can be sure of that. The German Police have photo evidence that indicate that she has been murdered. It is just that the murder suspect is refusing to disclose the location of the remains, so the German authorities are unable to take the suspect to trial.

The one thing that makes it so sus to me is that her parents are this mad and against the DNA test like just tell her to go ahead and do the DNA test if it's gonna help your daughter feel better . It makes it look like they are hiding something
You know what though if she is 19/21 years old why does she need her parents permission she is old enough to make her own decisions what's the hold up? If her family says that she isn't why won't they prove it to her by letting her get the test. It's definitely sus.

I watched Julia's interview with this gentleman above, Julia mentioned being sexually abused, that there are no photos of her as a baby, whoever she is I really hope she can find a safe place to be and find the help she needs, I would like to know how she determined she's Madeleine herself.
it sounds like she was in contact with the mother (?) and the chat convinced her that she may not be who she is and maybe she is the missing kid.
And Julia has stated that there are no pictures of her mon when she was supposedly pregnant w/her.

You would need a lawyer and go thru the court system. Plus, I’m sure, you would need some kind of evidence.
well what i didn´t understand: thought she was from poland. then she is fullage with 18 (like here in germany). in the end: in all cases it will be better to do an DNA-Test. If she has a trauma (even mobbing can lead to identical issues if someone is a very sensible and empathic person and feeling isolated, most things we can´t even remember by getting older until there is a Trigger) she can start healing by learning she is not Maddie and even for the McCann´s it is now important to have an answer. And if she is Maddie - this will maybe lead to another human-trafficking-adoption-system. But as this is very sensitive and affecting so many lives - it´s not the time for speculating or blaming the girl in any way - like it was said in the interview: there is something Drama/Trauma and not the idea for cheating or lying.

If I were her, I would say, "I was abused and possibly abducted, and I think I may be Madeline, but I am not sure." That way she takes the DNA test and if it does not pan out, no one can fault her for that.

Julia posted a picture of her mom after many requests. She looks just like her. I pray she gets the help and support she needs but it's not Madalien.
On reading some of these comments I must point out no matter if she is madeleine or not, she has a background and it seems a seedy one. I read it was her grand parents that told her she was adopted and might be madeleine, not sure if this was true it was a comment on another post. But people calling her odd and a nut job please don’t. Somethings gone on and Julia needs help and support…. Also the world is watching, hundreds of thousands of children that have been trafficked may need the courage to speak up but seeing how Julia gets treated by social media may put them off…. Be kind and understanding and I hope Julia gets good professional help and support and gets the answers she needs.

Also Maddie's left eye has 2 colors. The bottom half of her left iris is kind of hazel and the other half is blue. Julia never had that, even when she was little.
Julia has the same birthmark in her eye, just faded out a bit.

I'm really sorry for what this young woman went through though and I hope she has some piece of mind with the DNA results. I also hope this nightmare ends soon for Maddie's parents.

Obviously the parents have to agree to DNA tests because if there is any chance at all that this is their missing child they have to at least try these tests, which will resolve the question 100% . The fact that the current parents refuse to allow these DNA tests adds to the intrigue and leads to the suggestion that they know this is not their child and that they may have been involved in the disappearance.
If Maddies parents ignore this it looks like they already know this girl is not their daughter. But how could they know that. So they’ll go along with it.

I've said all along that the parents have been involved in her disappearance- I mean these two are doctors -higly educated -how could they think it was okay to leave the children even for a few hours by themselves?
So i think they accidentally gave her too much sleep medicine (being doctors I bet they had some that they took on hoilday with them) then they went out that night came back realised and then had to make up this whole disappearance story 😔.
the mccanns have agreed to dna testing, it`s the parents she grew up with are refusing the testing, she is old enough to choose for herself but if they have her under some kind of conservatorship that would explain her need for permission
I hope it's her. Would be wonderful for the parents to have an answer and possible relationship with their abducted daughter.

I really hope this is their daughter because she needs to be taken care of by a family. Human trafficking is horrible and if this girl was put through that she needs to find peace and love.

She "feels" she's Madeleine 100%? How bonkers is that her feeling is more accurate than a DNA test (which is not 100% accurate but just close to.) Well my feeling tells she not the missing girl. One hundred percent.

She has no birth certificate. Watch the one hour interview she gave two days ago, the first interview with her. It is very clear that she is genuine.

I was thinking the same. I saw her childhood pics side by side to Madeline’s… the noses are too different. My nose and eyes looks the same throughout my childhood. Even as an adult..

In what world is it appropriate to bully and hurt a girl who may or may not be someone and has questions. The truth is had the parents just granted the dna test this "fame" they claim julia wants would not have happened. THE DNA TEST IS BEING PAID FOR. Ask yourself why are they wo adamant about not taking it. I can give you a few reasons 1. Julia is not theres or 2. Dna may link someone in the family to a crime whether regarding this or completely unrelated. Once dna is in a system many cold cases are solved from situations just like this. Madeline has a unique eye, I think it was just one of her eyes with the feature. In this girls 4yo photo you don’t see anything in her eye. I believe this girl has a shady messed up past but I don’t think she’s Madeline.

I thought the same thing. It seems to me like if they really believed their daughter may still be out there, they would have their DNA on a data base some place, especially with sites like 23 and me who do genetic testing for ancestry in case there is ever a match. I know I would if my child were ever believed to have been taken.
It makes me think that the McCann's know their daughter isn't really out there alive someplace. I've often wondered if the parents came back to the hotel and discovered that their daughter had a tragic accident while they were out so they covered it up so they wouldn't be charged with child endangerment and neglect.
I personally don't think that this girl is Megan. For one, Julia's lips are too full. I mean, I can't really blame Julia for thinking this way with what all has happened to her in the past and the fact that her family member was a suspect in the MM disappearance.
More than likely, Julia's mother may believe Julia's dad could be someone other than the man who raised her as her father. It really could be that simple, but as a parent, even if my child was known for being mentally unstable, I would do the test if it would put my child at ease. I think it's wrong of Julia's family to be solely pointing the finger at her for causing Megan's family false hope when they could have put the whole thing to bed by taking Julia down to do a simple test locally with her and prove her wrong. So come what may, I hope Julia gets the help that she needs and I hope she doesn't let her messed up family gaslight her into feeling like she was the sole person responsible for giving the McCann family false hope. They could have prevented this, too. Shame on them.

This is a live police investigation. Any police station in Europe can take a DNA sample. If she walked into her local police station and said _I think I might be a Madeleine MaCann_ then her details and a DNA sample would be taken and sent to the UK investigation.
I don't think that she doesn't trust the police officers there plus the Mccann's might not trust them also because they didn't do a very good job when she went missing.

It sounds to me like even if she's not madeliene there is something going on in that family. Julia talks of being abused by pedophiles as a young child and thinks she may have been trafficked. So if that's the case (just supposing it is true) then regardless her parents will not want a DNA test done because it would prove she is not their child and implicate themselves of being involved in child trafficking. She may not be Madeliene (im not convinced she is) but it sounds possible that family has a lot to hide they don't want revealed... I just hope she is able to find peace with whatever answer she gets 🙏

If my son approached me asking for a DNA test, even if I know for certain he is mine, I would give it to him. Settle the question once and for all. It would be upsetting, but by not agreeing to take one, you just drag this out. If she is theirs, she shares their DNA. If she isn't theirs then I can see them being afraid to do so.
Maybe they don't want to feed into her delusions anymore. It must be heart breaking to have your child accuse you of kidnapping in the least. I have a feeling this young woman has had other issues. I can't imagine what her parents have gone through as well as now dragging in the McCann family. If my child should ever come to me with any doubt that they are indeed my child, I would do everything in my power to remove that uncertainty. Even if she isn't Madelein, why would a parent ever refuse to prove their DNA connection to their child..? We are talking a simple, easy trip to the clinic. It's just odd.

She can order a AncestryDNA kit herself and check to see if any part of her DNA traces back to the UK first. Kate and Gerry McCann are English and Scottish respectively, so if this woman thinks she is Madeleine, she should have some of her DNA trace back to England and Scotland to some degree.

If her parents are saying it's their daughter and not madeleine they'd be on the news, showing hospital pictures. Birth certificate weights etc..and if this is their daughter they'd be willing to do DNA so they can show their daughter she needs some counseling and that they love her either way....I'm sad for her, no need to be upset because why in the world would someone feel they belong to another family and not the one who raised her..I'd be on it, if one of my kids said I wasn't their mom..just to show them I loved them and get it over with.. I think the parents are intelligent doctors that understand the odds. The mother has hope and is showing julia kindness and respect which is how a real mother would respond to someone who might be or may not be her child. That’s not funny. Her parents are acting suspicious because they won’t just do a dna test to prove they are her parents. She has the running pupil like Madeline does, the nose and eye colour are very similar and she’s around the same age with no memory of very early childhood. She’s right to be suspicious and if I were the McCann’s I’d want to do the test too. If she is the daughter of the people who raised her then they are jackasses for not just doing the test to show she is theirs.

Even if she's not Maddie... I believe they must investigate her case, she may ve suffered a similar fate way back in her past life or some sort of trauma that needs to be attended to🙏.

I would think her " bio " family who raised her could produce photos, birth certificate , story of her " birth " or at least adoption doxumentation if they say she was adopted. I don't know why there would be a wait for a DNA test. If I was Mrs McCann I would immediately do the test

The US tv messed up. Because in the USA you are of legal age at 21. In Europe you are at legal age at 18. So I guess this Polish girl said she is of legal age (what would be 18 in Poland) and the US tv said she is 21 because you have to be 21 in the USA to be of legal age.

The parents can’t prevent her from getting the test, the parents themselves are refusing to get the test. She can be excluded or confirmed regarding being Maddie or not, but she still won’t be able to find out who’s her real father is. But then again she still might if it’s in a public database.
Yeah but a lot of people obey their parents and if her parents are telling her she can't, she might actually listen. They could possibly be feeding her information about why she can't or shouldn't get a DNA test done. Brainwashing.

She is not saying she is Madeleine. She is saying she might be. Thats all. She just wants to know if she is the missing girl. This could be done easy and then she will know either way.

@Lewa Lewa she believes she is 21. Her parents could have made up any date to her. Not sure if Poland, like the US, requires a birth certificate. May people do under the table adoptions. There was recently a story of a homeless man who found an infant 8 years ago. He has been raising her ever since. Who is looking for that baby? You see how it can happen. How wonderful will it be if it is her. It means she's alive and murdered. Maybe the man who stole her did it for money. So many possibilities.

The downward streak in the pupil of her right eye is compelling, as is the resemblance. But how to account for the age difference? Madeleine was substituted for a child in the family that died. This person was brought up believing that she was two years older than her actual age, so is nineteen and not twenty-one.
I've commented a few times about this but Madeline had Coloboma, it's a condition where the eye is missing a piece of tissue and it doesn't grow back or fade away. If it was her the eye would have remained the same into adulthood.
