This video is very odd in that the dancing is waltz (3/4), yet the added track is in 4/4. Maybe the music is just background stuff that isn't intended to have anything to do with the dancing.
edita secondo me nel suo percorso ha avuto pure danze latine.... in un video fanno improvvisazione con un'altra coppia e lei ha un movimento favoloso di rumba.....

it's a slow motion - that's why a slow waltz wouldn't work either - I don't think you would like to hear a waltz that has been reduced to this tempo
