      @Indeewoods  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @waynebabin3646 yes the throttle locks are garbage and common to break especially in the cold.
      I made a video not long ago how to fix that.

      @eastcoastcabinfever oh, ok you were commenting on my Supmix video so I was wondering what you meant there. Yeah it’s a special tool for the Radley. If you check that video I just put out on the Radley 3 year review It shows the tool that you need in there and it also has the link for the tool in the description of the video. You can order it off Amazon. It’s pretty cheap and you need it otherwise you can’t adjust the carb.

    Always enjoy watching your vids. Did you ever find a solution to the weak on/off toggle switch? I guess worst case scenario a guy could jam the switch in the on position and kill the saw with the choke, but there must be a better way lol

    • @Indeewoods
      @Indeewoods  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @justindubya458 I tried trimming the rubber where the switch is thinking that there wasn’t enough of a gap, but it kept shutting off and honestly I’ve never fixed it yet, but I think the only fixes a different kill switch but of the same type. I have the same style switch on a couple of my other Clones and I have no issues so I think it’s just a low quality switch.
      You could probably just go to a hardware store and get one from them that would be better quality.
      I may throw a different style switch on it though when I get back into it

      @Crazy Feller and ya it runs good but it has lots of little issues you’ll see on up coming video when I go into more detail with it.

      I picked up a neotec ncs6200 for $127 US recently. 34 stroke and 46 piston.
      56.5 cc based on my calculations.
      I was hoping it would be closer to what was advertised than many of the other clones-oh well….
      Overall, not overly impressed with the quality of that one! Haven’t run it yet, tore it apart for some ticking first. Plastics are cheap, fitment is poor and the cylinder chamfers are bad…
      I have been through 4 farmertec and their plastics are better, but the poor quality cylinder chamfers are similar. This is my fifth Chinese saw. After seeing how badly the piston wear is on my first 372, usually by the intake, I don’t even run them without pulling them apart first.
      2nd 372- and two 288’s, just tore them apart before running them. They were running a deal on the 288 about this time last year for $239 US, so I picked one up.
      My brother was so impressed, I sold it to him and bought another. Only problem with that one was the oil pump and the pistons are not right- bit pingy.
      New oil pumps and meteor piston- all good. Starts up cold with 4-5 pulls, no air leaks- good saw…..

    • @Indeewoods
      @Indeewoods  ปีที่แล้ว

      @Crazy Feller ya this one is going to need work. I can’t believe the sawdust that is bypassing the filter.
      My Radley had some issues as well that I came up with a fix so hopefully I can figure these out because 166.00 CND is as cheap as it gets and they do make good power.
      I never measured this one myself I was just going off what Kevin told me his measured out at.
      54.5 c I think he said.
      I’ll tear into it and see

      The old shell has no ethanol. I was reading comments about the new 93 vpower and guys were saying they add ethanol to it now. Should test it.

    I have the same saw and my chainbreak doesnt work at all, the chain also likes to loosen, im hoping its just a bad chain and when i get a name brand itll stay tight

    • @Indeewoods
      @Indeewoods  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @The Canadian Wilderness hey just an update. So my chain was getting loose for the first few tanks but I just burned a full tank of fuel and my chain never got loose at all and after filing this chain and then my Stihl RS chain they feel the same harness.
      The Supmix chain cutters are slightly wider and it cuts awesome!
      Make sure your oiler is set high and keep a good sharp chain with good bar oil ( I use Husqvarna or Klondike bar oil.

    Another great outdoor adventure. I get a kick out of the crappy Chinese chainsaw names. What the names should be in my opinion 1. Radley=Crappy 2. Supmix=Soupmix=a recipe for disaster ! I will admit that they are better than nothing. Just kidding ! It will be interesting to see if you can modify them enough to get some use out of them, like you have done with the POOLANS. 😄😄😄

    • @Indeewoods
      @Indeewoods  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Haha “recipe for disaster” I love it!
      Yes I have a little over 300 bucks tied up in those two saws so whats that 190.00 USD? No much and You’d be surprised that Radley is a good saw. For how long? I guess we’ll see but over two years old now and it cut piles and piles of firewood.
      I really need to finish up my review on it.
