For anyone out there who is aspiring to become a resident doc in aiims or any other central college hospital then let me make it very very clear, they never hire on a permanent basis, it is mostly contract base of about 3 yrs which can be further extended if necessary but not permanent, but there is possibility of getting into state college hospitals and work as resident doctor (not contractual) but vacancies are not regular and very less
