Roa is ok. But personally to me it just doesnt cut it. For me I use singed as a pocket pick against champs like olaf who he counters. So I Roa takes too long to work for me. Its just my opinion, but I still use the given build mostly.
Idk it depends on your team comp and what they need if they need more tankiness and engage that a build like that could work, however if your team already has enough sustain then building damage isn't a bad idea

You cant all in on lvl 3, bcuz you won't have enough mana unless youre buying sapphire crystal or you fling the enemy into your tower and let them take atleast 1 turret shot or just go and reset then go for the fight. And starting with sapphire crystal is bad unless youre using conqueror. Also, i know what proxy is but how do you do it on wild rift, the map is smaller than the pc version, its almost 100% sure youll get ganked by mid, top and jungler.
I feel ROA is slower however it is a viable item if you want more scaling... I still like my build better though. You can get solo kills in lane and have impact from the start of the game.

Dude, I have a question. In the new update, (patch 2.2) is the build given still good? And is Rod of Ages a good item for singed?
