Is it still nice to visit this flower garden in June? I'm planning to visit Taiwan in late June (around 20th June).

it still is! i researched about the flower garden, and there are seasonal flowers. for June, you might see flowers like sunflower, sage, sulphur cosmos, rose, marigold, lotus, and water lily. :)
but you might not see the famous tulips, since they bloom from January to March. but the other seasonal flowers still look as beautiful.
