The term used here is due to the way it is being recited. Some Imams in Bangladesh use this tone/melody when reciting. Not Bangla Quran as the Qur'an is the speech of Allah and will never change.
the melody is commonly read in Bangladesh and Bangladeshi masjids. sort of like how their azan also have a slight twist to it. maybe like their "maqamaat". its not official, just like their culture not bengali btw just a malaysian dropping my 2 cents.

just like how you can find sudanese style recitations, you can find bengali style recitations
He's a Bangladeshi reciting The Kalam of Allah swt. I believe the reciter is a graduate of Al Azhar.
It's a very common tune used by imams in taraweeh in Bangladesh
