I started my pressure washing business a couple of months ago and started with a 4gpm machine that I just ratchet it down to a trailer and pull it off for each job. I currently have a contract with an apartment complex and their buildings are fairly large, each one is 2 story with 8 units. Each apartment is 1200 to 1700 square feet and a large breezeway in the middle. Each apartment also has an outside patio that I have to clean. Each building takes me on average 6 hours to clean, and I can see where the 4 gpm machine is slowing me down, because I spend most of my time just thoroughly washing off my SH and surfactant from the vynyl siding. I currently only use and xjet with a 25 foot hose to spray my chemical because for 4 of the patios I have to climb a ladder and jump over the railing to clean them, and I like how with an xjet, I can just pull my hose off my gun to stop spray chemical so I don't have to climb over the railing again to take a siphon tube out of a chem bucket for downstreaming and then climg back up the ladder. I am not allowed to drive on the grass with the trailer, which is why I take my pressure washer off the trialer and closer to the building so I can wash the entire building without having to change my water source. I could see a problem with having a system like this with the pressure washer being attached to the trailer, the buildings being so large, and with me not being allowed to pull into the grass. How would you go about washing the back side of the building with something like this when the hose would not reach the back. If I could get that answered then I would try to save up for a rig exactly like this one based on your recommendation. How much would this exact rig cost if I were to get it? Also, would I buy all of the stuff separate and then have Industrial Cleaning Equiptment in NC build it, or will they order all of the parts and build it themselves and have me pay them one price for the whole thing when it is finished? Thank you so much for all of your videos, you have been such a huge help with me starting everything up. Definely a blessing to me and my family. I work law enforcement in GA as my primary job, and do this on the side and with this extra income, we are about to buy our first house with the extra income we make from pressure washing. I just want to thank you for the wealth of knowledge that you are putting out there for guys like me! You are awesome man, and I am really interested in this exact same set up.
Man I like that Ranger! Perfect size. Of course I like the trailer too. Ive been watching you and just a few others sponging as much as I can. Thanks for all the info.
If you dont mind me asking but roughly what was the cost on that whole setup ? Started up a few months and going to rock that 4gpm till the wheels fall off and get the 8gpm setup. Learned a lot from your course as well. Thank you for putting educational videos out and teaching people like myself to feel more comfortable and confident. 💪

I'm a little behind on your videos brother, great looking rig! I finally upgraded to a Midwest Mixer this season. I absolutely love it! I'm one of those DIY guys who will save a buck and like to know every thread on his rig but I can tell you that this upgrade was well worth the price of admission.
Man you inspire me so much man...about to start my soft wash business man and I'll be doing you class...hope to talk to you soon man have tons of questions...starting with my 94 22re toyota and I'm excited man
I’m getting a building built next year and was just wanting to know size garage doors you have on your building. I might go with a flatbed like yours one day and just want to make sure it will fit.
With a downstream injector soft washing houses how many feet of pressure hose can you run before the velocity of water reduces the Venturi effect of the bleach draw ?
@softwashtv I signed up for your softwash training and so far I only have access to a ebook and videos on what equipment to get. Am I missing videos. Where’s the videos that goes over the training of how to soft wash houses?
You should have access to everything. The wash videos are under the Ride Along module. If you are having issues call me directly at United Softwash during our business hours and we can figure it out.
hey brother I'm probably would not get an exact answer for this but about how much for a trailer set up like that I would like to do soft wash and driveways and dumpster pads and I would like to know how much would I have to spend like in the ball park of how much to how much?
Are you using surfactant when down streaming, or are you just spraying SH? Didn’t see how you’re pulling soap with your chem unless you’re batch mixing the 55gal? You’re obviously metering your soft wash mix, so no questions there.
