Yes, guys, something is seriously wrong with my Tata Nano AC and I will try everything to fix Nano's AC because of the heat these days is unbearable. And also the humidity oh my god just a few days back I drove the car for about 25 km in the noon time and in traffic of my god i was feeling like bhai aaj toh gya main kaam hogya apna hahah. Seriously it was a very pathetic experience which I faced that day.
So that was the sole and super big reason why i want to fix my Nano AC so a badly. I just love my nano AC a lot guys its so powerful and awesome.
So we gonna fix it somehow..

Change the plastic frame also don't throw the fan remove it change carbon and use some where else even as exhaust use can save electricity as it runs with 12v
Back then I got the fan replaced as I don't know it can be repaired just by replacing the carbon brushes.
Anyways thanks for your suggestions will do it the next time the problem arises. ☺️😀

Bro, try getting the engine coolant temperature sensor check. Kabhi kabhi usse bhi issue aa jaata hai.

Brother, my ac blower is not that fast, let say at the speed of max it's working like as if it's in 1. Also, condenser fan works sometimes n sometimes don't. Any advice would be appreciated.
Brother check and clean your ac filter it might be choked with lot of dust. And also check the condition of your condenser fan.

Bro antenna install karna is not a problem ,problem is roof may hole karna parhega agar twist jaisa antenna install karna hai
@Brij gangwar brother there are dummy antennas also in the market. Agar khaali look k liye chahiye toh you can go for that too. Otherwise you need to make a hole onto ther roof...

Agar condencor ka fan hilane se slow chalta h to fan motor ke carbon finish h or ha isko thoda sa thok lo ge to fan ki speed aa jayegi or isme condencor fan ac on karte hi on hota h

Brother it holds the fuses for all the electricals connections in the car. Like fuse for music system, Ac, blower, ignition, condenser fan, raditor, lights, etc etc...
Bhai mere sath be yeh hi problem hua tha.. fan change karna para.. fan cost around 1800/-.. aur koe koe ac wala bolega ac ki gas leak karni paregie.. but essa nhi hai bina gas leak keye be change hojata hai..and labour cost is 500/-...
Haan isiliye main sirf known k pass hi gaya otherwise toh pta nhi kya kya change kardete wo log. And yes mera bhi fan hi kharab tha and now the AC is back to normal. 😊😊

Brother fuse toh theek hi hai kyuki fan ghoom toh rha tha bhalle hi slowly but it is getting power. So most probably fan hi mar gya hai.

Just now got to see your comment brother and yes you are absolutely right the fan was almost dead. So we changed it to a new fan and just yesterday i uploaded its video and now the AC is performing awesome.😊😊

Brother front mein condenser fan hai and radiator fan khaali peeche hai. Radiator tabhi on hota hai jab engine heat ho otherwise wo band hi rahega. And condenser fan AC on karte hi on hojayega agar nhi ho rha toh iska next video dekho.Shayad kharab hogya ho wo bhi 😊

Brother 2014 model around 50k to 70k mein mil jana chahiye as per the condition of the car. 😊😊
I got my nanos condenser fan changed from Tata motors last week costed around 3k. They also top up the gas.
This was the second time it malfunctioned last time it started to work after a few taps on the motor but since I had used the AC for about a month with the fan not working compressor oil had sweeped into the condenser gas. So the gas was replaced and old mixture of gas was vacuumed out and yes there was some oil too. I think at that time they had not refiled properly as it was a roadside AC mechanic.
If one uses the ac for a long time with the fan not working compressor oil mix with ac gas due to back pressure created by overheating of condenser .
Brother in my case the fan was not working because of that the compressor only kicks in for about 2 minutes and then trips off.. And now after replacing the condenser fan the problem has been resolved and now everything is back to normal. 😊😊

Brother will take it to AC guy and pehle usse diagnose karne denge fir dekhte hai ki wo kya btata hai. Uske baad main decision lunga ki kya karna hai. Hopefully zada kuch khole bina hi repair hojaye...

Brother as i showed before spraying the water it was not working then after some touching it it started moving barely. So it was already done for. And little bit of water can't do anything to a car equipment they made to take abuse. 😊😊
