Thanks lords, Im not alone in this world!!! This was what I was dreaming since I rode Xpulse in India. Some of my humble comments and questions, 1- After installing taller pro(rally) suspensions and smaller wheels, you didn't need to use taller rally side stand? 2- Rally seat is perfect choice absolutely. 3- Using stiffer springs in suspensions can give better balance instead of adjusting only comp&reb. Since springs doesn't cost too much. Then front disc can be increased with an adapter for caliper. 4- Using 200T sprockets will give almost the same gearings of stock Xpulse, which is well adjusted for all rounder use IMO. Also using 200T dashboard will correct the speed and odometer error (if needed). 5- I always thought 200T tyre sizes will be best; 110/130 front/rear. Did you compare it with your current setup, 140 rear? 6- Joshua is right, instead of trying to squeeze more power out of this engine, Xpulse needs to be lighter actually (indeed from the factory). 7- As a 5 different SM owner in my life, I m appreciated for your effort, this is an amazing project. Thank you
I feel this is one bike that redefined to me what a 200cc bike can do, I was always under the impression that I need a bigger bike to tour, do off roading and take me to places, this just broke all my perceptions, this bike can do all of it, if you are a person looking for a one bike garage, it can take you off-road, ride in the city, and tour, just needs a little bit of after market upgrades, if you feel it needs to have, otherwise it's perfect, it's got me involved more than enough I feel, until you get bored and badly need that upgrade to an higher CC bike. This would do all that you need too.
@@Aman_PB03_Hr25 I do feel the 200T is not given enough credit. Have you ensured the rear luggage rack and other off the shelf accessories for the xpulse is a direct fit for the 200T? If it's all good, you'd be se for happy motoring. PS better tires would help the 200T
sir, pls clarify on following- 1. How much is the final ground clearnace? 2. Has ABS calbration provided by the company has got disturbed? 3. Can we swap xpulse 200T ally wheels with xpulse 200 4V PRO?
My factory Kawasaki 150 Dtraker comes with 17 inch wirespoke rims with tubeless tires. Also one can concert rims to fit tubeless tires with some modifications Wirespoke rims are best in terms of reliability and in my eyes looks cooler on dirt bikes and classic bikes. Nice project by the way
Just one improvement would be to figure out how to bring the front Fender down a little as it looks weird with a huge gap now between the Wheel and the fender. Amazing Project by the way❤
Greetings from Turkey. After using the model's bands. 1.The data of the km indicator changes because the wheel diameter changes, how did you solve it? 2. More importantly, how did you solve the compatibility with the ABS brake system? Thank you. The work is very good.
I think hero got great potential with 200t. Infact i beleive all the change it requires is are 17 inch rims (could get insp from Motoden ) , Usds from the new 160r and touring focused sproket upgrade along an appropriate tune and all the rest being same to xpluse 200. And thats the recipe for bigger sales than xpluse 200 !
When you reduce the size of the front wheel you need to increase the size of the headlight or lower it's position. Otherwise there's this awkward gap between the headlight and wheels where a dog could go through.
I have an xpulse 200T 4V....so if I put Xpluse's suspension on my bike will it become super bike ? I had put a 2 inch front suspension extender to increase ground clearance but i started feeling the loss of agility & power ...idk what went wrong.....i am a little disappointed with the ground clearance of my bike because it's worse than my passion pro
i am having an xpulse…. if u dont go hardcore offroad go with V storm man. the service is bad and bike isnt good after 90+ speed. i didnt ride vstorm so u do take a test ride and decide yourselfa
@bikewaleofficial Sir, i like to buy xpulse 200 4V pro with alloy wheel, but there is no alloy wheel option on hero website. Can you please advise on this?
Hi Sir, I'm planning to buy the new Kawasaki W175 STREET & want to convert it as a Scrambler (Lookwise). Where should I concern it in Pune ? Like any Garaje or anything else ..........

I hope seat height is lowered? If yes, then now can we put main stand on xpulse pro? Great video, just what I had in mind and you guys did it even better with red color alloys. Cheers
Maybe raise the folk height(lowering the triple clamp) cuz just by observing the video wheelbase seems too much like a cruiser. I’m sure xpulse will still be stable enough to raise folk height to gain agility
Tyres are the Apollo Tramplr XR. These are only available in the aftermarket. You don’t them as standard on any bike or scooter. The alloy meanwhile are from the 200T.

I would add a tail tidy and change to more street focused tyres with after market side glsses and smaller led sode indicators.
Are these xpulse 200t alloys? Been thinking of swapping since launch of the T

With Xpulse T's rims will it handle well or not??
Wondeful build. I wonder where did you source the alloy rims from as i was plannning to add one on the xpulse too. Would help alot
What's the seat height and ground clearance with such a modification pls?
I was also wanting to know the seat height?
What about motorcycle geometry rake and trail , and stability ?
We have all been there with pet projects...and the feeling at fruition😊
Looks dope. Congrats.
This Motorcycle is looking Lovely and Very Stylish ❤ Great Work there 👍🏻 👏🏻
I have a xpulse along with a gt 650 and i have been picking up the xpulse almost everyday and its freakin awesome 🙌
Exactly my situation. So much so I sold the Interceptor

Hero should lauch this type of bike
Looks practical 😊❤
1. Why not use a gen1 390 duke for this build?
2. How did you compensate for the speedo error?
Thanks for sharing🙌
It's far easier to swap wheels than it is to swap suspensions... Most people just ignore speedo error because it's too much work to fix 😅
@@porkoholic well said. Thank you 🙏🏽
This looks better than the Ducati 659 moto ❤

Will the odometer show accurate reading?taking into the fact that you changed the front wheel to a smaller one....
Nope, it won’t. But that wasn’t the purpose.

Does it effect the mileage in anyway ..

One question.
Can you use 110/70 R17(front) and 150/60 R17(rear), more precisely Apollo H1s or TVS protorq extremes on the Xpulse 200 SM(supermoto)?

What's the height difference when compared with the stock bike.... you guys did not mention..

I was thinking of doing something similar. Thank you for making it and giving me confidence to do the same.
Scrambler vs Himalayan for daily commuting?
Provide 6th gear with bit of now power and torque. Liquid cooling with sligh cosmetic changes with some aggressive looks. It will be awesome
Can we also change the spoke wheels to alloy wheels??
You guys nailed it 🏁
Hello there ,I wish to buy the xpulse 200 4v by next week,Is it good to buy the manufacturer of 2023 stock are shall i wait for the 2024 manufacturerd
wait for honda crf ?
Rather than going for putting wheels on xpulse, one can buy 200t and put on the front mudguard and it is good to go
200t doesn't look like xpulse
Ok ok ok the main question
How much it cost?
Like for the tyres, and other modifications... 5:04

Any chance we get to see something similar on the KTM ADV390?
A 390SMT, if you will
That'll be great as well with the new adjustable suspension I hope, love the 890 SMT

Didn’t notice you mention anything around the whole project cost as there are handful of custom items in them.

Yes. I think this should be possible.
