I've watched this a lot of times and I never get tired of it. The story is beautiful, their dialogue is precious and the lovemaking is so tender, passionate and erotic without being cheap. The feelings of love and pain are perfectly combined and presented in the film. Both men are handsome and display a great chemistry. I wish we could have a longer version of this beautiful story someday. Kudos to the creators and thank you for this beautiful film

So beautiful. João wanted to be strong. I felt his sadness when Pedro left. I knew he was broken when Pedro and Sara drove away. I'm happy that Pedro chose for João. I also loved the symbolism of the apple. Pedro ate, but João did not. Pedro gained knowledge, just like Eve in the Garden of Eden. Only, this was the knowledge of love. Pedro knew that João was his Adam, his true love and therefore had to return to him.
This is why the world love latin men. Fabio Freitas was able to stir up every passionate emotion in just a few short minutes. Love, Lust, Lost, Pain, Envy, Hope. Etc.... All in their purest undeniable forms. Sheer Beauty. Merci mille fois!
Why .....only 11 minutes....amazing...can drain the tears of those who watch it.....tens or even close to hundreds of times...I watched this film....beautiful how beautiful love is,......and indeed love cannot be deceived at all....and love conquers all.....ah..if I were someone in that film....my happiness cannot be counted. ..but all of that for me is just a dream..because in my country there is no legalization for lgbt....I can only accept to live this life....hopefully there will be a long version of a film like this...because this is just entertainment for my lonely heart
I thank Nuno for replying to my message on Instagram.I just couldn't help but message him after watching this wonderful movie. I told him, his breakdown scene in the car was so visceral I could touch it and it pained.Pedro's younger , innocent, vulnerable character is a perfect foil to his mature and wise one.They both together are magic.I couldn't hold back my tears.I don't understand Portuguese at all but I got the emotion instantly.Very effective and nuanced from performance to execution to direction and the haunting background music.Nuno specially is brilliant.kudos to the team.keep doing such different work.Simply outstanding.

Even though I don't speak Portuguese, I can tell that these actors are outstanding. Incredible performances. There's no greater love than sacrificing your own happiness for someone else's. I like a happy ending, but I think it would have been a better movie if Pedro hadn't come back.
This is really powerful, beautiful, and "love"-ly, (so full of love)... I feel strongly for both of the main characters... It's amazing how such a short film can have such a moving and powerful effect with so little "extras" - no fancy set, no elaborate staging, no complex themes, just great writing, great acting, and a commitment to telling & showing the emotions as the writer intended... It could be developed into more, as I feel as if I can see a back-story trying to reach the surface, but this may be only my very active imagination... but it does feel (to me) like there could be a valid prequel exploring an earlier view of the 3 lives which have come together here in this beautiful film... however, I will say that, for me, this film is really perfect as it is... leave us projecting into the 2 lovers' future, and wondering about the 3 persons' past(s)... wanting more, but knowing that this we've seen is enough... Im glad he came back. Would of like to see them embrace in the end but the ending says a lot the way it is. I also would of liked him to say something like I love you I couldn't leave, but then again him being there says that. Lovely short story.

It’s such a short film but it says so much. The acting, the place, its silent moments... The preciseness of love finds no perfect words to describe it; nevertheless, hearts well can read them. Your story’s been already a “classic” to this heart of mine.

So beautiful. João wanted to be strong. I felt his sadness when Pedro left. I knew he was broken when Pedro and Sara drove away. I'm happy that Pedro chose for João. I also loved the symbolism of the apple. Pedro ate, but João did not. Pedro gained knowledge, just like Eve in the Garden of Eden. Only, this was the knowledge of love. Pedro knew that João was his Adam, his true love and therefore had to return to him.

Why .....only 11 minutes....amazing...can drain the tears of those who watch it.....tens or even close to hundreds of times...I watched this film....beautiful how beautiful love is,......and indeed love cannot be deceived at all....and love conquers all.....ah..if I were someone in that film....my happiness cannot be counted. ..but all of that for me is just a dream..because in my country there is no legalization for lgbt....I can only accept to live this life....hopefully there will be a long version of a film like this...because this is just entertainment for my lonely heart

I thank Nuno for replying to my message on Instagram.I just couldn't help but message him after watching this wonderful movie. I told him, his breakdown scene in the car was so visceral I could touch it and it pained.Pedro's younger , innocent, vulnerable character is a perfect foil to his mature and wise one.They both together are magic.I couldn't hold back my tears.I don't understand Portuguese at all but I got the emotion instantly.Very effective and nuanced from performance to execution to direction and the haunting background music.Nuno specially is brilliant.kudos to the team.keep doing such different work.Simply outstanding.

I feel strongly for both of the main characters...
It's amazing how such a short film can have such a moving and powerful effect with so little "extras" - no fancy set, no elaborate staging, no complex themes, just great writing, great acting, and a commitment to telling & showing the emotions as the writer intended...
It could be developed into more, as I feel as if I can see a back-story trying to reach the surface, but this may be only my very active imagination... but it does feel (to me) like there could be a valid prequel exploring an earlier view of the 3 lives which have come together here in this beautiful film...
however, I will say that, for me, this film is really perfect as it is...
leave us projecting into the 2 lovers' future, and wondering about the 3 persons' past(s)...
wanting more, but knowing that this we've seen is enough...

Im glad he came back. Would of like to see them embrace in the end but the ending says a lot the way it is. I also would of liked him to say something like I love you I couldn't leave, but then again him being there says that. Lovely short story.
