What a great intro and cosplay segment! I’ve been waiting for this review. Thanks for finally officially reviewing this pin! Would love for you both to continue doing these this way when possible. Perhaps finally do this for the Star Wars pin and one is Han and one is Chewie? Would love you all to go back and review ones that either didn’t get a deep review or ones that have grown on you over time and perhaps changed your opinions. Great job on this one!!

Great review guys and just a little tip there is a game restart already coded. Just hold the start button for about 10 seconds after ball 1 and it will restart

CE-380 here, Game arrived in PERFECT CONDITION, Game is Stunning to look at, BUT it has to be the worst shooting pinball machine in the last 20 years. Lasted 2-weeks in my collection. If you like flow,speed, fast pinball? this isn't the game for you!!!!
10/10 intro. Also agreed with the art, the cabinet is one of the best I’ve ever seen.

At first I was a little turned off by the playfield… Now I can’t stop watching TH-cam videos on it. Pretty sure I’ll be buying one soon. The artwork is amazing and I’ve grown to really like the playfield and the game.
Excellent review guys, it’s certainly not the best game, but it’s unique and fun. I’ll never sell mine.

Happy Halloween guys! We are huge Halloween and horror fans and love having this game in our collection. I like that it plays differently than our other games. Can't wait for the code to be finished!

LOVE MINE. Gotta learn the rules. The farther you progress the more intense and rewarding the game is. All of the modes are super creative with tons of variety. The Wiz modes are phenomenal and it’s one of the greatest multiball shooters of ALL TIME. It’s 10/10 keeper for me.

Funny Shit guys. This is now a pin I AT LEAST need to flip (not buy and flip lol). Honestly I see incredible potential as a trilogy retheme of this same pin (if factory). I bet this pin becomes a secret treasure down the road. Now my eyes are on Alien 😂

Yes. I’d go as far to say that TS4 is literally one of the worst pins of all time. I’ve never seen a manufacturer drop the ball so f’n hard with a license. I feel sorry for Pat if this is his last game ever, given he is a living legend.

@@SDTM Yea man. I’ve spent probably a few days worth of actual hours on it at one of my local locations and that was enough for me. Lol. Pat could’ve done so much more with the layout. Also, not being able to use the first three films as cannon is a BIG LETDOWN. A lot of people enjoy it, which I have no problem with of course, but it’s just marketed to a certain demographic I believe and as a pin head of 25 years, it doesn’t resonate with me, especially coming from the guy who made two of the greatest pins ever.
Why are pinball fans so negative? Whenever a new machine gets released there’s so many negative comments. I do like sdtm’s approach of showing the pros and cons though.
I'm with ya Greg, I really enjoy this game... and gotta love a SDTM Halloween episode!.. I bet it is even better in the home environment.. only been able to play ot on location

Spooky needs to rewrite ACNC, even with all the 'fixes', it loses the ball WAY too often. Ultraman was like this also. Spooky needs to get their crap together. Thanks for the review!

I have one waiting on me back home. I got mine in about a month ago but I’m still in Iraq for awhile 😩 got me hype to return and play it though. I’m happy to know a few reasons people actually hate this game, cause I keep hearing it but not seeing any real reason.

Played it for the first time this weekend, and while it looks and sounds good, the way it played reminded me of a bad 90s Gottlieb.

I enjoyed this game a lot more than I was supposed to if that makes any sense. If it were one game in a 1 to 3 game line up, well then maybe I wouldn’t consider it, but in a 5-10 game line up, I could see owning it. My two cents deposited. Awesome video guys👍👍

You guys are the best I laughed out loud throughout most of the video. I love mine but it is brutally difficult. but I will never sell it because I love the theme. I’m sort of like Greg I don’t really care what anybody else on message boards say I just keep games that I like. Great review! But I agree with Zach on the scoop. It’s a solid pin that defies basically any other pin currently on the market. There were some serious issues when the game was initially released, but most seem to be smoothed out and refined at this point. It’s easily the most inventive pin of the last five years or so and only the haters don’t get it.
Go Spooky. I fully approve of the idea of making 2 machines based on the same template in order to keep costs down and hit a different market. At this point anything anyone does to get more machines out to more players is a great move.

I disagree,, they HAVE to do it... in referenced to still fixing this game. I was first time customer of Spooky with this game. No chance in hell I BUY another machine from them. So if they want to save their reputation I feel like they have too... with other more forgiving customers. Greg glad you also noticed the pixel issue on Lori and the hedge scene... for sure on other machines. Sorry guys outside of the voice acting/sounds and art package... only thing that deserves maybe a B is layout, didn't mind the layout or shots myself and give Spooky props for trying something different. Beautiful machine, Good customer support, but bad build quality , code, animations overall this machine has some terrible flaws which is why I sold mine. Last but not least feel like Spooky was very deceiving with the release of this game with things they said on podcast and what not.. that turned out NOT to be true which had a huge factor on me trusting them and buying this machine.

Played on location, multiple games. Was gratified to get Hedge Multiball because the first scoop sucks. The Pumpkin scoop is worse. However, replay availability was definitely there for this game.

I agree with pretty much everything you said exept the sound. Something is off on the audio quality and integration. I like the sound/music content, but I don't like the way it's mixed together. Also, best intro ever...

Crap code and build quality. Layout isn't horrible, but isn't top 100 either.

Can Spooky design a game without hideously ugly and gigantic upper playfield? Or maybe one with flow? I’m from Wisco, there is nothing more I would like to support a “literal” local pinball manufacturer (they are a stone throw from me), but they don’t seem to understand pinball design. Too focused on gimmicks instead of gameplay. They get some of the best licenses, yet, any other manufacturer (besides maybe P3) would do an INFINITELY better version of anything they have ever done given the opportunity. It’s like MLB vs Tee Ball.

This and ultraman are so bad.. we played ultraman on location 2 weeks ago - if the code is anything like Halloween then yuck! I fear new players plunking down a dollar on these games then hating pinball.
A: it does shoot like shit and b: the art is all it has going for it. Come on guys this pin is horrible. And I love spooky but this was a swing and miss miss miss. The greatest critique is that it’s boring. Boring code, boring shots, no moments, and clunky ball tracking. Y’all ate way too much of the spooky candy corn for this one!
